Footprints on Titan. - Mogul, XV6800 General

Has this happened yet? I keep seeing various mentions on it here and there on other models, but I can't seem to find anything on the Titan. Is there a cab of that particular program floating out there anywhere?
thanks.

bitserve is working on integrating it in to his next rom.

It hasn't happened yet, but I know it will soon!

cool
i'm hoping for a stand alone cab. is it something that is only implementable in a ROM?

here is a cab of footprints that i am using. it works perfectly on my titan

i got the cab originally from http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=398173

oh its taing too much of real estate My screen area!
Does it support VGA?
Backlight working ?
Does the backlight button work with this release ? In the other version your device will freeze at bootup....anyone tested already ?
btw: seems to be the same version like in the other post....
Cheers
Edit:
Could not wait Just installed, no problems on my device (Artemis) and Backlight-button. Looks cool.
What i don't like: in the GUI-Config you can only add apps from the Programs-directory (for example: when you want to add solitaire (which is stored in "Games"), you need to move the shortcut into the Programs-Folder....or you need to add the registry-key in HKCU\Software\HTC\HTCPlus\Shortcuts manually....or am i wrong ?
But in the end.... i think i stay with HTC Home....
Works on Artemis?!

It's interenting that you had no problems. I also installed on my Artemis with official HTC Asia WM6 rom and yes, it works until you switch off the device. Than you can never switch it on again, only by soft reset with stylus!
So I uninstalled the prog quickly...
Otherwise it would be nice to have it on Today screen, so if someone could construct a bug-free cab from the extracted files I would really welcome it!
cheers
Anybody tried this on a Touch?
The "other" Version (as petervbeck says) in the Hermes Forum doesn't work on the Touch.
I doesn't work on my Touch!
Working on Wizard
HTC Plus is Working on Wizard!
just 2 bugs:
when you select battery status in Customization and you tab on the symbol you go to wifi settings and backlight is not working

I'm using Tom's 4.1 full and as i said, no problems. But in fact- i like HTC Home more, but that's my opinion.... on my device i had no problem with hanging boots or something similar, i tested all the buttons....but not for a long time...then i switched back to HTC home...that's my expirience with Plus..

How about a little credit where credit is due? This is the same version I posted in the Hermes forum here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=326689
Today I posted an updated version that should help some people who had problems with it.
This tool was non-functional when I found it. I had to dissassemble the dlls to find out why the utility would not work (missing HTCImgCodec.dll).

Thanks! Keep the great work!

Is the "aplication launching pad" of HTC plus finger-scrollable, or the only way to scroll is by tapping on the arrow?
TIA
Can anyone confirm that it uses less memory than HTC Home?

[release-updated 9/1] nueNoBar 1.3

Hello,
I have coded a replacement for dcinobar, which hides the bottom bar on the today screen, letting you use it for your today screen plugins. Unlike dcinobar, nueNoBar works with the latest wm builds (WM6.1 build 20000+). If dcinobar works on your ROM, use that instead, this is really for those new builds dcinobar's method doesn't work on.
edit: updated to 1.3, hopefully fixes more problems some people were having.
Download it from http://www.nuerom.com/BlogEngine/page/nueNoBar.aspx ...
Thanks heaps. Good to see a much-requested app updated to the latest WM version.
On a side note, how come your rad nueLED isn't on your website ?

Does not work on my Diamond with WM6.1.
I installed the CAB, rebooted and nothing happens, the softkeys are still visible.
Do I have to start a program to activate the hiding of the softkeybar ?
Hello, looks nice, but after installing it on my WM6 dvice there doen't seem to be any change after a soft reset. Is there something extra i need to do to use this?
looks like if the cab file is incomplete... not any file installed on my ppc... Wei Enterprise directory was not even created...
I got it working by manually stopping and restarting the nuenobar service.
However it also hides my phonealarm, see the screenshots (before/after) for an example.

cool it works! thanks for the tip!
and thanks no2chem for the program (because vjtoggletoday didn't work any more since i upgraded to wm6.1....)
doesn't vjtoggletodayalphaII does exactly the same thing? (also hides the systray)... that's what i'm using.

Probably yes ( if it works OK as I do hope).
vjtoggletodayalphaII and dcinobar weren't working with the latest ROM builds as stated by no2chem on the 1st post.
dcinobar works fine on WM6.1 for me.
good to see what i am missing with the new builds allthough it is not fully working yet for me. for me it is working, but only after restarting the service. after every softreset i have to restart it over again.

me too, i havent had any problems with dcinobar on 3.2.5 and 3.2.6, or any of JD's roms from ppcgeeks (his builds are a bit different though, i think). just started using it really, but havent had any problems.
seems weird to me that it works on some of ours but not others.

okay, I will check why you need to manually start and restart the service as well as phone alarm. most likely, i moved the bar down too low, and phonealarm is checking the position of the bar.

directory is not used, it just installs a single 10kb dll "nueNoBar" to your \windows dir.
Good news.
I also need to resart the service, but it's working for Tomal v8.2.
Maybe the service needs to be started with some delay in order to work.

[REQ] HTC message enhancement plugin to complement the new Tachi dailer (you will not

Was wondering if anyone knew how to get the new HTC message enhancement plugin to complement the new Tachi dailer on our phones? (touch pro's)
I know that NRGZ28 has it in his newest rom, but I was wondering if it could be ported an made into a cab or something?? Well it would be nice if someone could make this work on our devices using TF3D Manila 2 as it would be a nice extra for all of us....
Here's a screen shot of what I mean..
http://energy.wub.nu/ROMs/Raphael/Sc...nilaEmail2.png
I think it needs to be in the ROM, and can't be installed after.
In case that link above doesn't work for some reason.....try this one,
http://energy.wub.nu/ROMs/Raphael/Screenshots/ManilaEmail2.png
Well then since it can't be installed via cab, we'll need a working package. I tried cooking in Rhodium, Topaz and Tachi and could not get any of them to work with the Rhodium Manila Port and Tachi canvas combination.
If I had to guess, there's probably a provxml somewhere that writes the needed registry not included in the actual packages to make this work.
On another note, I'm willing to bet we're missing one or more packages this depends on to work properly.

Hey Dan thanx for posting.....I think we could all use this nice feature an think it would be nice to see it in our roms on our phones. but is it 100% that it cant be made into a cab an that it has to be cooked in??
you've already tried to incorporate this feature etc?

I've tried installing the version from all 3 devices via cab. It doesn't work regardless. I've also tried cooking in all 3 versions and flashing 3 separate times. That didn't work for me either.
I have a feeling that there is a dependency, a small package or multiple packages, that we need in order to get it to work that we're overlooking.
I imagine that if we knew what was needed to make it cook in properly, it could be installed via cab successfully as well. But this is pure speculation.

WOW well thats good to hear that you have been trying to get this working!!!
shyt, I wonder what it is thats not allowing it to work?? Maybe you can ask/talk to NGRZ28 about it since hes got it in his rom?? cause it would be nice to be able to call the person right from the email with the phone icon in it an get to whatever other features from there ya know... when you said you tried all those methods, when you went into your email what happened or what did you see?? or does it show up but just doesnt work?? I know last I heard NRGZ28 said he was having issues with the "To:" part of the email not working etc..

NaviPanel Install Cab?

Hey everyone...
I've been looking everywhere for a navipanel cab for our phone. I had one for the fuze (touch pro) but as the Touch pro 2 is a wvga I dont think it will work.
I know there are some roms out here with it kicking around but I cant find any actual install cabs. If someone has it would they mind sharing it with the community?
Thanks!
201 views and NO one has a cab...... lovely! This at least says people want it and are interested if there was one. Someone out there must have it.
Just for the record The attached picture is what I am talking about.

I have a package I got from ark666, but have yet to get it cabbed up as Im not the strongest in that dept. It may work cabbed up, but may need to be cooked in.

That is the Navi Panel from the HTC Iolite.
dwizzy130
ark666 sent me his cab file.. just waiting for permission to post it if anyone else wants to give it a try. I did have the navipanel files in my phone originally but when I would bring up the program it showed no icons at all. After installing his cab the icons are there however the only icon that I am able to select is the make a call one which brings me into the 3 options dialer, favoirtes and recent calls then sub menus from there.
This was all sort of to be expected but figured I would give it a shot anyway.
Ideally, if we can get this version of the navipanel to work with other GPS units like the one from Iolite (hacked to work on the fuze/touch pro) this this ap would be perfect.
I've attached some screen shots of the program running before the cab install and then after.
is this similar to the xpheria x1 panels app ive seen floating around?
I dont believe so... I think what you are talking about is an entirely different UI. This is just a program that sort of simplies the most common functions of the phone for in the car. Gives you shortcuts right into your GPS program and shortcuts for phone calls.
