qtek s100 is my phone, and for a while now it stops sometimes during a phone call, it looks like it is losing signal, cause it is showing me that is searching for signal! i upgrade it last night, but today, the same problem, can i reinstall the hole ROM? not upgrade, just reinstall all? can anyone help me? pls
what radio version do you have? does it happens in gprs, or only with calls?
I think all magician users have faced this problem.

First, disassemble your device and clean with alcohol Magician's antenna (on picture)

I know it sounds strange but I have two friends with unlimited gprs/umts and I'd like to use their phone as bluetooth modem when I'll have my Jam.
Their phone is a SonyEricsson P900.
I hope that someone can say me that is possible :wink:

I've been having problems with my X7500 locking up randomly. This doesn't happen often but happens at least once a day. It just lucks up for no reason and i have to soft reset it. The screen freezes and displays weird squares in the right corner as you can see on the picture. I noticed this happens while the device is not being used (ex talking on the phone or internt). Never happened while I was using it. Always happens while it is connected either to a charger or a USB, I couldn't see it locked up while not plugged in to anything, but i'm not sure.
Any ideas what may be causing it ? Maybe some software ?

My friend has the exact same phone, he also has Bati installed, I remember he had this problem too but it went away.
ok i just got a qtek 9000 5 days ago, today i open it up and my screen is all messed up!!!! i tried a soft reset, hard reset and even flashed a new rom on there and still nothing. please if anyone can help me please do

If you bought Uni only 5 days ago, I would go and make valid a warranty!
That problem seems to be a phisical damage on the screen connection, anyway I am not an expert...

I never didnt throw this phone, and it never fall on the ground;P I dont know why it happened, but this pseudo mini USB slot in the phone is broken now ... what should i do? Solder? ; P

it seems the wizard was opened once cause is borken on the corner its broken cause the torque power of the screw was too high! and scratch the cover... so maybe it was tried to solder once... i recomend you to open it and see how is the pads... the line conductors and if the usb mini conector is broken so please upload more pics... i'll be interested on your job... visit my signature link pimp my wizard to see how it opens. step by step.
Hi I cracked my screen on my gt-9505 , as I have a spare phone that drops signal I decided to transfer the motherboard from the phone with the cracked screen to the phone which doesn't hold signal. from what I have read the receiver is on the motherboard so I thought all would be good. I still can't get signal on the old phone with the new board in it but can Still get signal on the phone with a cracked screen with the motherboard which was dropping signal. Have I missed something?. Is there a signal receiver somewhere else I need to also transfer. It's really got me stumped .
