If you don't state the country you are in, or the APN which you are using it's going to be pretty hard to help you out.

Engadget says you can access Cingular Video for free (if you have unlimited media net of course) even if you dont' have a 3G phone. Has anyone been able to? I've searched in Media Net and can't find it. Thanks all.
sorry
cingular video is only available in a few cities across the USA right now. you can read about this at cingularwireless.com under MEdia net.

login probs
I tried registering and left the email field blank cause I don't like to get spam. it accepted my registration but now I can't login with the password I picked because I never got the confirmation email for obvious reasons.
www.yamgo.tv works in my Opera brower although the movies are jerky. This site plays movies directly in the browser.
The site www.yamgo.movi does not work for me. I have been tying for the last two days. When I press a movie link it takes me to the windows media player tries to connect for a few seconds and then media player gives the mesage that the server is not responding. Anyone so far actually been able to stream movies to their media player??
Regards

The url should be yamgo.mobi, not .movi.
Hi,
I live in Turkey and unfortunatelly youtube is banned by the government. (and yes it is a shame for us) We can only enter youtube by changing dns settings or by using some certain sites such as ktunnel.com. Therefore, i am not able to enter youtube through youtube application on my hd. Is there any way to do that? I mean may be if i change some settings, i will be able to use youtube app. Any luck?
Thanks.

What I did when I was on vacation in China (where youtube is also blocked), was to use a VPN on my computer that connected to my workplace back here in Canada and connected my HD using ad-hoc wifi. You could also use activesync.
But these options all require the use of a host computer.
If you are using your carrier's data connection, perhaps the only way is to use some anonymous proxy like youhide.com to access m.youtube.com in Opera or IE and manually download the videos to view in TCPMP/Coreplayer.
Ideally, it would be best if you could connect to a foreign VPN directly through your HD. I'm not sure if there's any apps.. but this guy seems to have it going on WM5:

Anyways, good luck and hope that helps!
i solved the problem thank you very much!!
How did you solve the problem? Share it pls...

whenever i try to upload one of my recorded videos to youtube through my phone, it always says i have to have a wifi connection to do this
is there any way to change this so i can upload via my data connection?
This is also an issue on the HTC Desire :-(
I'm also searching for a solution
software limitation only allows files under 3MB via 3G everything else has to be done by wifi or through your computer.
I hate to resurrect an old thread, but is there still no way to get around having to be on wifi? It really is a drag having to be on wifi to upload videos
I used the following workaround :
- download from the market the Qik Video application
- open a free account on Qik.com and edit your account preferences so you can share your videos on youtube, facebook, etc
-run the application on your phone and browse your local saved videos (you don't have to actually record the video with the qik application).
-upload your video to your qik.com account (no file size restriction or connection method restriction)
-go to qik.com and login into your account
-share the video on youtube
Hope it helps.
