I have a TP so this zip has landscape support.
just put all these files in windows and restart touch flo. you know the drill
I love the color scheme but I have a Sprint Diamond is will this work? If not could you do a theme using the same icons and colors?
Will this theme works w/ TF3D Config?

Too many tabs for tf3d config. But it should work with sprint diamond. It is what I use.
You manually move the files to the windows folder. This allows for more manipulation and changes. If it does not work or touch flo won't start, just rename the 26948339 Manila file and your phone will rebuild the original 26948339 from the rom.

I've modified the Orange Theme analog clock to be like the Vista sidebar clock. It's transparent and goes well with any background. Just copy the Manila file into your Windows directory.

It can be moved anywhere on the Home screen, just like the standard Orange Theme clock.
I think this is just the image... you have to have Orange theme already installed...
And then you can move the clock around...

Yes, you need to have the Orange Theme installed for it to work. Haven't figured a way for it to work with other themes.

delete the folowing reg key to return to orginal Textcolor on Start Menu
Path: HKLM\Software\HTC\EnlargeMenu
DWORD name: ManiliaCustomText
to change to any other color, edit the hex value of ManilaCustomText (if not exist then create)
FFFFFF -> black
000000 -> white

Weird Font on Touch Pro
DiamondTweak is what you need to download.
Section 17 of the Program.
17.7 Cleartype in Landscape Mode - Disabled
This fixed all my white font and weird font problems...I am on a Touch Pro though, but it may help you too.
Grey Taskbar
Go to start -> Settings -> Today and select the "Htc black" .tsk
(if it is already selected, choose an other first [e.g.Windows-standard] and switch then back)
Note: Because I still do NOT own a Diamond PRO myself, supporting this Device isn't easy...
the background is much better, but its going to be tough getting rid of my sprint theme.

I installed it over my T-Mobile (horrific Pink theme) MDA Vario IV and looks good. Exept for the landscape screen when the keyboard is slided open. Then the orginal icons are not there at all. Perhaps something for the next update. Thanks in advance.
I noticed the same thing on my Voda branded TP. But the black theme looks absolutely brilliant. I am not going back to the original red ever.
I'm trying to modify my theme on the new 1.93 Rom from the US 3G version Diamond... I'm using Total Commander to try to modify the read only permission sets of the Manilla files so I can write over them. However it doesn't seem to be working. Are there other programs available? Trying to update to use NisseDILLIGAF background
you have to disable Touch Flo first, then just copy the manila file to windows using total commander

Seemed all I had to do was select a different theme, then reselect the htc theme......BINGO.... phone looks fantastic. I am now going to see what other things I am incapable of doing. I know that I will have further questions, and that I am a bit of a techno-cretin, but I hope you guys will continue to help. This is a great forum by the way, very helpful indeed.

I much prefer the background of the XPERIA Black theme, but unfortunately the bars are 'flat' and not 3D, and the color is not changeable via RCMod... so I wanted to place the images from XPERIA Black into the XPERIA Silver theme so I can play with the WinMo bar colors... has anyone done this? I don't have experience with the Theme Gen software out there.
Can always use tfl3d :-D Then you can use all the themes that are out there already.

Not entirely true. If you use the TF3D themes from the diamond they are in a VGA resolution not WVGA, so they dont look right. However, they can be changed with the TF3D theme editor.
I want to know where to find -or how to extract- the "Xperia black" original wallpaper from the whole theme
I like the image but the rest of the theme is boring... (flat borders, no animations, etc...)
I have installed TouchFlo3D as a panel and suddenly I found myself using it 80% of the time (10% Xpeia Media panel and 10% on other panels). IMHO TouchFlo 3D is A LOT much useful that the original Sony-Ericsson user interface.
I´d really like to find a way to put that original "xperia" image on my TouchFLO 3D panel home screen ("background" or "wallpaper") but I can't find theimage inside the phone

I assigned it as wallpaper in TouchFLo3D settings tab -> wallpaper but only appears in the today screen !!! (I mean, when I change to any other tab "weather" "programs" etc it is not displayed)

There is a fix for that around here, try search box.

You may also need the WVGAThemeHelper.cab...google it, install it, change theme, execute it. Needs to be executed after you changed a theme...
i dont understand how you install .tsk files? and also whats the wvgathemehelper.cab about? thanks.
Put *.tsk files on your phone (my documents/themes) Then you will be able to see these themes among your default themes.
"wvgathemehelper.cab" is to help your phone to correctly switch theme.
For me when i changed theme the background did not work, after i executed "wvgathemehe.." everything looks fine!

Edit: They do not nessesarly have to be in a "themes" folder, thats just a suggestion

The programs tab isn't skinned, any idea how to get this done?

I'm still trying to find somewhere in this forum (I've been looking in like all the htc winmo device forums) all of those transparent tab function buttons (like call, email send sms in the people tab)

hi...i'm not very familiar with winmo just yet...
i tried to install the HTCHero wall cab, but the progress bar just stays there and does not progress...am i doing something wrong?

cant find cabs anywhere
how can u have the wallpaper as backround in ur start menu list ?
This is on a Sprint HTC Touch Pro2
I've been trying to get the taskbar and the softkey bars to go with my HDWalls background but whatever I try they are always black. However, I noticed that I get these two files in the hdwall directory:
HDWall_softkeybar.png
HDWall_taskbar.png
I'm wondering if there is a file that I need to replace in the Windows directory or something that will allow me to change the skins to those two files?
