If you have T-mobile you should be able to download it from their website, if it is available it will be in the system upgrade. The last time I checked though they still just had 6.0
go to the ROM development forum. Just about all the cooked ROMs out there for the Wing are based on WM6.1

I have an HP HX2790b pocket pc device with Windows Mobile 6.1 on it.
I need either 6.1 Professional or 6.5 Professional install on it.
How do I go about that ?
