Hi,
I have core player 1.3.0, but it wont play .mov files when it suppose to? any idea why it doesn't?
thanks
Core Player does not support this file format
Until there's a codec for HD, you may only convert files to supported formats & play ..

I watch a lot of asian movies/shows and all the ones i download are .rmvb files. I tried realone player and it wont allow me to open the file from the memory card. I tried using file explore to manually access it, but it says there's no player to support it. Could this be because the file is too big? Is there any solutions? thanks

What is the video file format that the TP records in? I cant get the file to open on my Mac.
Any suggestions much appreciated.
I think VLC Player can help you play TP videos on Mac
Just drag the tp files to the play list of VLC Player
You can download VLC player from here:

Hi,
Is there a software that can play swf on the xda exec? I've installed flash player from macromedia's site but I still can't view the swf files.
Thanks.
anyone can help please?
try core player it supports a lot of file formats
try core player it supports a lot of file formats
If you have installed just macromedia player I think it would't work. Install Flash Lite too and try to run .swf file
Hi everyone i just got Coreplayer version v1.3.2
I was trying to play a avi file getting error message
player\storage card\********.avi unknown file format!
is there something im doing wrong
Some video files are mistakingly named .avi but are not... But your computer can still play them cause your computer player will work that out...
Maybe core player won't play that kind of file... Try several .avi files...
do i just drag and drop

Click to collapse
You can't, CorePlayer is a commercial program. Do a search for TCPMP and you'll find the freeware version in the forums.
Hi guys
Avi file does work
but the avi file has to be located in my phone memory to make it work
it wont work if i place it in my stoage card " sd card "
lol... none of my video files are on my phone memory...
Where they are located shouldn't matter at all... unless your memory card is so slow it can't stream quick enough...
Hi,
I recently started to take videos with my HTC Desire in 720p (using one of the latest Froyo Rom with sense).
I end-up with videos in 3GP format, which do not read on my PC with VLC.
What is this 3GP format?
Is it possible to take video in a different file format so I can more easily read and edit them on my PC? Maybe with an non-stock camcorder?
Alternatively, could you provide an efficient video file converter (preferably freeware) to modify the video format on the PC? And/or a PC video editing tool?
Thx
Surfinette
download FormatFactory, just google it
it is a totally free video converting tool
cheers
playback works fine for me with latest vlc 1.1.0
