Is there a "composer" of led notifications?
To explain, the ones that, for example, can be choosed from xperia tweak.
If there isn't, which is the reg/file that contains them?

I have always had a green status LED om my phones. For me it's even more important today than on older phones because the screen is off and i can't tell if the phone is alive.
The LEDs on xperia is four groups with red, green and blue and their combinations of colors. Is there any program that can affect them? Registery tweak? The dimming would also be cool to have.
There is a little program inside the phone to configure those LEDs.
It can be seen in some of the videos on youtube etc.
Greets !
Within settings there is an app called "Illumination"
Though this only allows you to decide when there is illumination, not the colour, length and such.

Yep, nothing for status LED either.

It's important for me too, but I can't see anything.
The excellent XperiaTweak only changes the fixed illumination patterns across the events, and there isn't a network status event.
In addition for me the illumination patterns light on too fast!
I am currently running coldblue_´s v5.
After playing with LED color on ilyaaa299´s ROM, now my LED color is white and LED control in system is not available. Full wipe did not help. I tried some 3rd party apps, but I had some problems, like LED blinks without missed call or message.
So, is it possible to change its color in ROM´s system directory?
Thank you.
D
Edit.
So my notification light isn't working for emails and Google voice. It works for texts and other things. I tried light flow and that didn't work at all, even after unchecking everything in settings (I would buy the full version to get voice support if I could get the rest to work, test mode doesn't even work). I have searched around and can't find out anything.
I use Light Manager. You have to uncheck the system email led notification. Settings Display->Click on the Words "Notification light" brings up all the system Led options. . Any other Apps , disable their Led notifications individually. Gmail is an issue on this phone. The Gmail App doesn't have a separate Led option. It's either notification on or off. If you leave on Light Manager can't change the color on this phone like it does on a Samsung. If you turn notifications off, you get your custom color, but not status bar notification. Light Manager continues to flash your custom color until you open Gmail. That might work if you don't mind missing Status bar previews . As far as Light Flow, I haven't found a way to make it work on this phone. The developer says people are having some success, but didn't know how. There's a section about LG Led's not playing so well in the app description.
Yeah i am less worried about custom colors, at least want the notification light to come on, which it doesn't for either Google voice or Gmail, and that's with the stock notification or light flow.
I have read tons of people saying light flow works perfect on this phone. I'll try light manager then, see if that works.
Does anyone know how to modify or where the config files of the LED blink rate and sound notification for missing call/sms by adb/shell command ?
I want it to blink faster, lit a bit longer, color change; and the sound somehow does not work no matter what I choose in the sound setting. TIA

It s RayGlobe 4.2.2, discontinued support ROM . So, every ROM has different path/location config files ? I thought they have similarity in common like linux-based OS .
No idea about config files, but different ROMs include different ways to configure things. Mahdi, for example, includes support for modifying the LED within the standard Settings app.
For ROMs that don't support configuring the LED directly, there are various apps in the Play Store. Like Liteflow.

Hello, i'm on RR (i won't change!) and i tried LED Manager, Light Flow, XLight (XPOSED). None seem to work. Built in RR settings work FOR BATTERY ONLY. Strangely not for notification : it flashes white no matter which color i pick.. What can i use (and how)?
Search for "Notification Light" in settings. then untick "Choose colors automatically".
After doing so, you can customize every notification by holding your finger on that specific notification and clicking on gear icon, you can customize notification LED.
Indeed it works. But not perfectly : Unlike battery led setting that has full control (really, any subtle change is accepted), notification led setting only let you have basic color, some even being skipped, green and blue for example. I'm wondering.. please check!

This is kernel limitation I think.
You cannot change blink rate either, you can only choose "always on".
Thanks, I wanted to shut off all LED notifications at night. There are apps for this. But this seems like a better solution. I went to "settings" and searched on "led" and toggled off "notification light". I'm not sure how to test that it's working. But I sent myself an email and a text message and there are still no LEDs turned on. That's how I want it.
