Atom's Ringtone volume problem

When listen from phone setting, the ringtone i set is loud. but actual incoming phone call comes, the ringtone's volume is soft 1 stage from setting (ie, set phone and system sound volume at 4th-stage, but actual just 3rd-stage)
-System and phone sound volume at 4th stage
-The Equalizer setting is activated and configed. If not, the ringtone is more worst.
-This "problem" found in 20060426 and later ROM. Previous ROM didn't has this problem.
-Tried set max for ringtone, the actual incoming call's ringtone's volume is loud enough, but once become miss-call, distortion sound appear.
Any solution to solve it?
Thx for helping

Ringer Volume Problem

I don't use single volume option. My system volume varies and my ringer volume is to 0 ( but not silent or vibrate ).
But every time I restart the device the the Ringer Volume sets itself to 60 %, regardless of my System Volume.
Anybody knows about this?
Do you use any software which involves profiles?
I use G-profile and it changes system and ringer value based on g-profile settings

System and Ringer Volume issue

Hi,
I searched the forums and found few threads for this windows mobile issue but no solution or what so ever.
Issue is with Overall Volume settings and controls.
I was previously an IPhone owner and i just recently moved to this amazing phone, however i do miss my Iphone for its few simplicity and user friendly setting options.
When my iphone was use to be in idle situation (not silent) and i use the volume rockers it use to change the ringer lever but it didnt change the media playback volume or in call earpiece volume. And When i was in a call, using the volume rockers would make adjustments to just the earpiece volume without changing any other volume setting. And when playing media it will just change the volume level for the media. This is a very natural behavior as we all would expect from our device.
But with my HD2 it gets really confusing and annoying at the same time that i dont have indivisual level of volume setting for in call, ringtone, and media playback.
I understand that we have the option to seprate the system/ringer volume level but still it doesnt work at it should.
I want to keep my ringer type/level to be at vibrate most of the time and my system to be at full or wtv level based on my preference at that time. But i want my phone to vibrate for text messeges and emails or wtv alerts i turn on. Just like how it was with iphone, if my phone was on silent(and vibrate setting on) my ringer wudnt sound and neither wud my text msges wud sound but my phone wud vibrate on text messages when vibration was turned on.
But with this phone if my ringer is at 0% volumes and system is anything above 0% my text messages wud vibrate and sound. how ever my text message sound should be attached to the ringer volume level not the system level volume.
Scenarios:
1).
System/ringer level same == no.
ringer level = 0%
system level = 50%
sms notification = on
In this above scenario if i receive a call my phone shud only vibrate and not sound. if i receive a text message it shud only vibrate but not sound. and if i play media it shud be at 50% level and my call volume shud be at 50% aswel.
But right now if i get a phone call my phone wud not ring but it will vibrate.(which is good). If i get a text message it sounds and vibrate (not good). media is at 50% level (good) and my call level is good aswell.
i am looking for a solution that would give me 2 things. First thing is to allow me to choose if i want vibration at all or no. And secondly make my notification attached to ringer volume instead of system volume.
i am sure alot of ppl are looking for this solution and would agree that this phone lacks volume settings and options.
thanks
Prince
Volume controls
Same gripe here..
Unable to get unilateral volume control on this magnificent phone.
Sometimes, its as if the smarter the phone, the dumber the remedial tasks can be.
Its not the perfect fix, but this is what I have mine set for.
Under Audio and display settings:
PROFILE: is set for normal
VOLUME:
ringer volume at zero
system volume at 50%
RING AND NOTIFICATIONS:
Ring type: Vibrate only
Notification Sounds: OFF on all..
That way, sms and email only display the green light on ear bar, rather then the chimes..
and music volume is adjustable without triggering the volumes back on..
Hope that helps.
You can choose to set independent settings for system and ringer volume control or set them up to be the same with the vol rocker keys. It is available in the settings.

[Q] How to set in-call volume to max and stay there

Here is the thing, I just can't come around to permanently set my in-call volume to stay in maximum setting. Everytime someone calls, I have to crank side volume buttons to the max. However, I have to repeat this every time when i restart the device as it automatically sets itself somewhere in the middle. Boy, this is annoying.
same "problem" here :-\
anyone knows how to solve this problem? please help
I think it has to do with "auto volume control" uncheck the box in the setting, system i think. Since "auto volume control" will automatically adjust voice record and in-call volume if it feel that the voice is too high or too low. If you disable it then u should be able to control the volume manually. I have problem with mine feeling that sometime the in-call volume is too high, i only set it in the middle.

(TMO - Perry) - Volume values switch to zero which require a reboot to fix - help

Android 7.1.1 - Kernal 3.18.31 - Build NCQS26.69-64-21
Not sure if anyone else has seen this issue, but it's very frustrating.
I'll start a phone call and all will be good, but after the call is finished, all volumes will be incorrect. I can move the sliders media volume, ringer and alarm to no effect.
What appears to happen is that all when a call is connected, all volume values, except for call volume, get flipped to zero, similar to setting do not disturb. However, when the call ends, these volumes do not revert to their original values and instead stay silent. The frustrating part is that the volume sliders and notification bar give no indication that the volume values are at 0. The volume sliders can be moved up and down, with no changes to the actual volumes.
The only way to fix the issue is to perform a reboot. When the phone starts the reboot cycle, for a split second, an icon will appear in the notification bar showing that yes, it's in silent mode. And when the phone is up again, it is indeed in silent mode, requiring me to manually move the volume sliders back to max.
So there's definitely some disconnect between the visualization of the volume levels and the actual volume levels, coupled with the inability to change the volume levels until a reboot is performed.
I've tried going in and removing all apps from having do not disturb access aside from the numerous do not disturb toggle apps and nothing seems to make any difference.
Aside from a factory restore, anyone have any ideas?
