i just have done it on V1640 ... it is not working for me ..
no error had shown !!
Network is locked, Please input unlock code !!!
oh.. anyone have any advice? what's wrong???

remove SIM out of the device, reset and run the tool again.
then reset and insert SIM back.

Done!!! GREat Buzz..
just repeated to 9th step and it's now working greatly.
9. Run UNI_Unlock_v1.exe on your phone. Wait patiently.

will this unlock even the orange network universals etc. or only the vodafone one?

In the last 12 hours since release, so many new threads have popped up, it's difficult to keep track.
Should work on any operator. Buzz didn't write it for a specific operator, the method should be generic for all operator locked Universals.

Help ! Mda T Mobile simlocked

Hello I need help ! I read all the previous posts but none of them work for me !
I just bought a t mobile MDA from uk ! When I put the frensh sim card in it it tells me that it doesn't recognise it. I downloaded adwizard AND lokiwiz but none of them seem to work. Lokiwiz gives me a code to unlock but the phone doesn't asl me for the code (I changed sim cards). What should I do ? I m going nuts ! By the way the programes also say that my cid is unlocked ! But still no detection of the som card !

use lokiwiz tool to unlock SIM, search in the forum you will find it

Xperia Arc S Sim Unlock

Hi everybody,
Happy to share that I just unlocked the Sim of my new Xperia Arc S with success.
It was blocked on Orange France and open to every carrier now.
Done with simlock.com in some minutes, with the tespoint method.
Someone will help you in case of problem (as I had with drivers).
If it could help... for those who just need Sim unlock (no bootloader or fastboot).
