I've installed right away, then I've realized that wen I'll be abroad I will be unable to know what network I'm using so now I'll probably will uninstall

Hi, I updated the firmware on my phone because Kies told me to (bet you all hate kies).
And now I have my operator name in the top left corner... iphone style..
I know which operator I'm using and don't want this ugly text filling up my notification bar.. any way to remove it?

I've been using my G2 and thanks to this function I have got a lot numbers in my reject list. But before moving to a new ROM I want to extract them somewhere like notepad so that I can include them again.
Any idea if that's possible?

Ever since I've had my Samsung Galaxy Grand Prime from MetroPCS there's been a logo on the top menu and I have no idea what it is. It never registers as a running program and the icon doesn't appear in the app menu. Here's a screenshot; I circled the icon in paintbrush:

The system update icon does not change from the one below ever. Is there any way to fix this or is this something I'm stuck with on AT&T? I've talked to people using unlocked or on other carrier ROMs and they do not have this issue.

On my(essential obviously) phone, the lockscreen has a red tint to it. Sometimes, like when I restart or remove and reinstall the SIM card it is normal for a split second. Please help. Also I am on Sprint.
