HTC Touchflo 3d: Manilla BETA

I found a leaked beta version of the new HTC touchflo 3d at this website:http://www.g2designz.com/index.php?showtopic=69.
To test the beta you will need a winmo 6 device with atleast a vga screen.(sadly i cant test it only have a qvga device=[)
Let me know if anyone tests and see how it turns out.

ehhhhh nevermind. it says for VGA only
i tried it on my mogul anyway and it doest launch. say tap her eon today screen and then gives an unexpected error. when i try to run the installed exes stand alone they give and error sayings its either unsigned or missing components

can someone test on a vga device?

Dont work for me.
It says: Htc home is terminated unexpectedly, please tab here to start HTC Home.
But it dont start.
I have VGA device.

its not working on my vga device

Maybe it dont work because of Wm6.1?

If someone could extract the major parts of this and make it work, many people would love you!

the first link is in teh diamond forums too, and its the same as the one from like february, same build number, but the old one ends in 03 and this ends in 0.
ill try the other one too.

cool.. awesome.. also can u guide me how to use the oem packs from the diamond rom? (i already have the dumped rom with the oem packs but no init*.dat files in them )

Will this work on any device?

the second link has no cabs, only packages. so for cooking only.

what's the difference between the two links? is the second one a newer version, then maybe someone can make a cab out of it or post where we have to copy the files..
the first one doesn't work for me (X51V VGA) the same problem like the other who tested..

i have a cab for build 20080222 in my 4shared. I don't know what is the difference between 20080428 and the one i have but if you want you can give it a shot. Runs fine for me.
Just click on my 4shared link in my signature and look under cabs.

looking for newer version.. don't know who got the latest version cab

Slightly OT: what's the advantage of these new jbed builds compared to the 20070802.2.1?
I have tried both and can't find anything superior with the new builds. Maybe there's something I overlooked...
The reason I'm asking is because 20070802.2.1 was built into the rom I'm using and it works fine with opera mini 4.1 (I have no other java apps) so if the new builds are not that better then I don't want to upgrade. Thanks!

i try to get M2D work in all devices
because Update 18 & 19 does not work well in most devices

Yup ur thread is huge ... & i am a non HTC user but till now no update on the hex ver of ur latest m2d version. Dont get me wrong i do support ur work but then it has been so long.
Hopefully no hard feeling eh

This is equivalent to the 19b non-htc update (as the version I saw in Manilla2D.exe) and there's no point keeping another thread like this.

Where should I install the M2D because no mather where I select to install (in storage card or ram disk) appear a message that tell me i don't have enough memory and I should expand it in order to complete the instalation.

i installed the above files on my lg ks20.but it shows a message on my home screen saying "tap here to launch touchflo".when i tap there again show the same message.what will i do....?

I 've found that Youtubeplay works on Polaris. The 2 cabs and 1 zipfile in this thread don't however. Is there any working cab for the HTCYoutube player? I've seen it work in certain cooked ROM's and I think it looks better than Youtubeplay.

The interface is better. however youtubeplay gives a better quality of playback. without lagging

You mean that HTCYouTubeQVGA-Official0.02? Yes, I tried it, but it wouldn't even install. The installation process ends saying installation was unsuccesful. I even tried a second time after a soft reset with no avail.
I'm using udK Diamond R8.

you can install the two cabs of youtube frome manila 2D

I guess you are referring to this? Does that mean I have to use Manilla2D to use those widgets? Or does it also work as a standalone program?

I just found it....20081203.2.1.....should be able to post it tomorrow.... It's a little faster than 20081113.2.1. I will make a cab and oem.. I will post it on my OperaMini+ Jbed thread
