Opera Mobile 9.5 with Flashlight 3

Hi People,
I think i found the final version of Opera Mobile 9.5 which supports flash 9.
This version of opera is for Willcom 03.

I have the cab file of this version but when i installed it said "This version of opera browser is locked to the Willcom/Sharp W-ZERO3 device. You divice is unsupported".
Here I found something but i can't read

As far as I know flash lite 3 only came out for symbian devices so far, its supose to come out late this year to windows mobile.
The symbian version is already here:

Can you extract the cab (with winrar) to see if the flash lite 3 cab (or dll or whatever) is there inside?

[discard]There are no download links on this page and if it gives instructions on how to get the CAB file, then most of it can't understand. Care to post the CAB you got?[/discard]

Nevermind, my reply was 1 minute late and the cab is already there.. Sorry.

I know that Flashlight has not released yet, but Willcom 03 has it preinstalled.

Hopefully someone will crack this!

I don't know, but I think it's just like Skyfire, maybe it's in this cab, i don't know.

Either way if it's a new version of Opera then that would be sweet.

Found it, if you extract the cab with winrar you find a file called NPFL3ppc.018 with 406kb that the software installation renames to NPFL3ppc.dll, thats the dll that makes flash lite 3 work, now how can we use it now?

Yea I am still unsure why someone would want to watch Youtube videos from their phone through the browser, it always seems to clippy for me. I am however interested in a build that is stable. Also Zura, I posted at PPC Geeks if you don't mind.

Awesome Twolf! I wish I knew this sort of stuff...time to get a wilcom 03 and take Flashlite 3 by force!

flash lite 3 is more than just FLVs, it runs flash 8 code, that a lot of webpages online use.

Yes, twolf I am aware of that it just seems that there is an unusual amount of interest in being able to access youtube in browser.. I just don't get it.

I have the gprs/3g disbled on my device because its just too expensive, i guess if one can afford or its free (it must be in some country out there) we would use it too... hehehe

how do download that stuff? cause when i go to the diamond, and choose right click it doesn't work..

If you really want to download from this, then you need to go here

that doesnt work, you need a ftp client like filezilla to download from it, but the diamond folder isn't there you can only upload files and not download anything..

I 've found that Youtubeplay works on Polaris. The 2 cabs and 1 zipfile in this thread don't however. Is there any working cab for the HTCYoutube player? I've seen it work in certain cooked ROM's and I think it looks better than Youtubeplay.

The interface is better. however youtubeplay gives a better quality of playback. without lagging

You mean that HTCYouTubeQVGA-Official0.02? Yes, I tried it, but it wouldn't even install. The installation process ends saying installation was unsuccesful. I even tried a second time after a soft reset with no avail.
I'm using udK Diamond R8.

The way to make original TCPMP works on WM 6.1 ROMs(kaiser, G900, etc)

On some devices, if you have upgraded ROM to WM6.1, you will find that TCPMP won't work anymore.
To fix this problem, somebody has re-compiled TCPMP and makes it work again(http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=380387), however this is not very useful, because some decoders such as CoreAVC still not working.
The real cause of this problem is due to the new memory management model in WM6.1, you can find some articles here: http://blogs.msdn.com/hopperx/archi...-code-sections-got-you-down-fear-no-more.aspx . In WM6.1, kernel will always try to load DLLs to high slot (not like WM5 and WM6.0 to load DLLS in slot 0), this change won't affect most applications, but DLLs which are compiled with cegcc don't compatible with it and may fail to load.
The solution of this problem is really simple and doesn't need recompilation at all, you can find the instruction here: http://cegcc.sourceforge.net/docs/faq.html#DllDoesNotWorkWithWindowsMobile6.1 to force kernel load specified DLLs to slot 0.
My TCPMP GeForce5500 Edition has used such technique to make CoreAVC(and other decoders) works on WM6.1, I guess it also works on other devices such Kaiser.

Yes, both FLV1 and FLV4(VP6F) are supported.

Downloaded both versions at the website. Seems like the Alpha4 works better than Alpha4.1. Initial testing seems that many of my FLV files can be played. Will continue to test on more FLV files.

the equalizer is still broken with this version, one of the things I miss from the original TCPMP is the equalizer which worked but stopped working with the recompiled versions, any suggestions ?

Can anybody build, upload or link a cab file with the original youtube video player of the Touch HD? This is because the TIM branded phone (Italy) does not include the player.
And before someone tells me, I know I can reflash.

I'm unable to play video files with youtube player, it says "Cannot play the video". A similar thing happens with Opera + Flash Lite Player 3.1, when I try to play a video directly from YT it just display the little loading icon spinning but no video is shown... :|
