I was wondering if there is any way to back up the "Favourite People" List and the "Programs" Tab?
I think the Programs folder is:
HKLM\Software\HTC\Manila\ProgramLauncher
but could someone confirm.
And i cannot find where the favourite people list is stored.

I know that with Manila2D that you could easily accomplish by backing registry entries. Haven't found a way to do this with TF3D.

Is there any way to change the order of people in the Manila people Tab?
I dont want to delete them all and after that add them in my favourite order.
Because i got daily new contacts.
I know there is a alphabetical order but i dont want to change every name, to 01-15 or A-Z.

In the Registry i didnt found anything with "people", "name of the contacts" or "manila" :/

Does anybody know a file for the people tab?
I am not sure you can get an automatic rearrangement of the contacts you see in the phone tab.
I am not familiar with TF3D, but in M2D the phone tab settings are in HKLM\Software\HTC\Contacts keys 0 through 11 for my 12 choices.
If you rearange the sequence of contacts in these keys, you should be able to get what you want.
I would probably do is export the registry keys, renumber them in my new sequence and then reapply the registry file.
Thank you for your answer, unfortunately there is no "HKLM\Software\HTC\Contacts" entry in the Registry (M3D/TF3D).
Only one in "HKCU\Software\HTC\People" but there is only "OwnerInfo".
I wonder where they store the Informations.

Does anybody knows the direct link in Startmenu to "All settings"?
The link is also seen on the settings Tab (left softkey).
Perhaps someone knows the link from the registry.
Since settings is not a "Folder" in real sense no shortcut possible.
You can however try the control.exe from utils.zip in this post and create a shortcut for it.

Hi JLowe, you are correct about duttys rom. The shortcut on the programs page has a registry entry.
When I can get to my pc I'll post the contents of the keys for the entry. May take a day or so, unfortunately I don't have any screen capture soft on my HD.

My TP2 is running manila 2.1. I really like the "All Contacts" feature in Manila better than the default windows Contacts. My Manila home screen has the right soft key set to Contacts. Is there some way to launch All Contacts from a link or exe that I could then assign to the right soft key? I could not find anything on the device itself that would launch All Contacts.

This is what I've been looking for. But I'm editing my action screen and would to link the manila contacts to it. Can you tell me how I would do it without having to use the lnk u made. I have two lines. Parameters and Path. Thanks.

This will replace the official "Contacts" icon from Start menu.
there are some shortcuts to phone and e-mail in my start manu. they are not located in start menu folder in windows (hidden files visible). how can I delete them? in registry maybe? can somebody direct me to a path in registry that contains those shortcuts?
