it looks like the time and date only show in active status.
is the QVGA version has the same problem?

I think this homescreen is for 240x320 resolution because I just realized that I can not read the whole content of my Appointments. Hope correct version will be posted soon.
Also I am now having problems in uninstalling this from my phone. I tried using Settings in phone and also Add/Remove Program in ActiveSync but still no success. Can someone point me to the right direction?

it's for 176x220
this is the screen shot on my Dopod 575
if you want to unistall it,i think you might change the theme to another one,then unistall it.

I dont think its a bug, its a feature, the way it reappears does it in a "fade" fashion, anyway the time appears as fast as I press a key so no biggie there for me. This is originally for QVGA, but was resized for QQVGA (thx for the modifier!), unfortunately some elements were not properly converted like incoming mail and SMS preview going out of the box(or panel?), other than that its excellent, especially the WMP plugin showing an album art in the homescreen while playing. Cool!

Now your talking. I have reflashed my phone since I can not uninstall the previous version. This is more flawless.
1. The items does not overlap the Glass selection thing especially in the Appointment tab.
2. I finally can see the Right arrow in the Glass selection thing which was missing on the first version.
3. The time and date still disappears from time to time. Can anyone verify that?
Conclusion: Still perfect.

how can install this on a hp ipaq 514 wm6 176x220 . I Tried but it always says unsuccesful so i copied the the files manuely to the windows directory and the application data/home and made a reg cab with all the registy but the homescreen change but it was blank help

It will not work without new Confetti Core which is included in WM6.1 only

How to uninstall previous version???

Does anybody else here or is it only me and my XphoneII are having problems in uninstalling the previous version of this Chome screen?
Please help. I have already reflashed many times before just to uninstall and install the newer version and I am already tired of it.

Still no result. I let it uninstall for about 15mins. Still it did not uninstall..

yeah , it happened to me , i rebooted uninstalling then it uninstalled

Still see timeout
Is it just me....I installed the CHome_2 and I still see the timeout problem.
Which is the better version?

Regarding my post above....I only get the timeout problem, where the time display disappears, when the display timeout occurs when the phone is locked!
Hope this helps fix it once and for all if it is a bug.

the screen alignment is done automaticaly by this app... so you dont have to do it manualy

I checked the registry to compare the defaults in the CAB with what I already had.
The CAB had
485,500 785,175 785,825 185,820 188,175
my TP has
485,514 785,835 785,200 193,200 193,835
Now how perfect mine are, I don't know, but I tried to be as perfect as possible. Even tried multiple times until I was happy I hit the center of the cross 5 times in a row.

I installed the .CAB on my Diamond and it inverted the screen taps; everything on the screen appears fine but the tap responses were inverted, I think its a glitch...Just reporting, hope it gets fixed.

I'm not getting how this works... I mean, copied on my Diamond, installed (tried both in Internal Storage and Phone Memory), I get a setup icon in the program menu which, tapped, leads me to another autoalign installation, and so on. Cycle.
What am I missing? Any help? Would really like to try this software and see if it improves my touch experience (not a reference to some mythical UI for WM... ).

Try aligning your screen by hand and mess it up on purpose. Then try it with autoalign and see the difference.
P.S TouchXperience IS NOT some mythical UI! Just watch. It'll be released on Feb 1st.

the file in the program is the real deal.... when u instal that cab, the one in your program menu, that aligns the screen !!!
this is jus my second cab and ill try to make an easier version soon!!

Didn't really mean to upset anyone! It's just that I'm reading about its features since the beginning of my WM life (Sept. 08) and I'm trying it as soon as it is released to the public. Looks very promising and interesting!

SPB Mobile Shell 3 on Xperia

Anyone have info on when the SPB Mobile SHell 3 is expected to be available for the X1????

Yesterday, read a post in their forum, it said they will get sure to support WM6.5. I don't know if that's true....

i heard on there furum that the testing is taking longer than expected and thats the reason for the delay. i think they said something like the 17th of this month but that could change it they are still finding problems

it's available since yesterday (however not yet on the official site)

I have installed it works great, in my case, its in spansih, so it must be multilagunage, and all work well, i have onlye seen a falis, and its that, there falis some icons oçf things, if you want i couls upload it

i've installed yesterday spb mobile shell 3 on my xperia and it works great, much better than i expected.

I've installed it and had a play, havent been able to have an extensive play yet though but i like it already... i love it. Think i've got my new today screen

check again m8, the exact post you linked to (your own) quoted a post which have been mod edited cause of the link being warez (it was a keygen)

I have installed the SPB 3, which is the trial version, and it looks awesome, but, when i click the "X" Panel button my X1 just freezes and needs to push the soft reset button under the battery cover to reset it.
Is anybody else having this problem, or found out a way to sort it out?
Are SE making a panel version of this does anybody know?

i have it and runs fine. does not freeze wheen u press the x button but does seem to conflict with my touchflo cab. (there does not seem to be a way to deselect it in the home plugin menu and its not up on there site so it may be a near finished unoffical release

Problem with Destinator 9 and "Symbols"

Hi all,
I'm really hoping someone can help me with this. I've just gotten Destinator 9 and am having a problem that I'll describe. I've tried 3 or 4 of NRG's ROMs with the same result on all of them but have not tried with the default AT&T ROM.
Destinator installs correctly however, every 3 seconds a "Symbols" screen (see screen shots attached) appears that covers up nearly the entire screen which makes a GPS app kind of hard to use.
Ideally, I'd like a permanent fix, but I'd also be willing to try renaming or deleting whatever executable is running that is displaying the "Symbols" screen.
Any ideas?

Just to close the loop on this I'd sent the Destinator support folks a note about the issue and they've provided me with a fix that solves the problem. Apparently the fix is supposed to be integrated into a new release that should be up on their store later this week or next week.

It is not always something wrong with the Rhodium this problem probably with app itself

For all those asking for me to post the fix, I'm not going to do so. If you've got a legit copy of Destinator and are hitting this problem, then contact Destinator support and they will hook you up. If you don't have a legit copy, well then I can't help you out.

To let people know that a fix is available from the vendor.

I propose to disregard pkadare problems and comments. Saying that there is a fix available with the vendor instead of posting it, is not very helpful. Someday you will need a file or help, hope you dont get it.

in fact it is a keyboard issue
install another keyboard ( i installed taptap keyboard)
also install the destinator loader
switch to this keyboard before launching destinator loader and you wont have anymore symbols

if you dont use official rom, customer service will tell you it is your rom's problem..it is not their business
so, change other roms, or change GPS software

Offical Slacker Radio 4 WinMo! 04/15/10 New Build! Cab Here & Some fix cabs

Hello all,
If you are like me and have been using the Slacker Radio ripped fom the HD2 for awhile, you will want to know that Slacker Radio has gone offical for WinMo 6.5!
I have tested it out and is much much quicker for me and doesnt have that annoying stop in the middle of the song issue or horrible graphics issue.
Requires :
The Slacker mobile application is optimized for smartphones running Windows Mobile 6.5 with a screen resolution of 480x800
Slacker Radio Build # 1.0.141
Edit: Member's are reporting that it also works perfect on 6.1.
Edit: Member's also reporting that it works on QVGA and VGA (but there are graphics issues)
Edit: Added cab for that fixes the problem of the music shutting down when phone sleeps, or when power button is pressed.
Just install and download and your music will no longer stop when you hit the power button

I think it is my wifi that is closing when I turn off the screen, killing the connection and streaming to the TP2. Is there a fix for this that anyone is aware of?

There is a new UPLOAD LOG feature, which uploads your data/changes to slacker Radio.

I wonder have you tried it out on your kaiser yet?
It couldnt hurt anything, I would imagine it would just be graphics and landscape issues...

Well sadly I find that the ripped app to work much better than the official release of Slacker Radio. Why? Well in the official release, due to its demensions half of my screen is only being used by the app., and I cannot seem to skip over songs anymore.

I installed it on my wife's Kaiser and it works. There are display issues though. Obviously the graphics are too big for the screen. The signup screen is manageable but the player screen only shows the top-left of the artwork, not any of the lower buttons. All in all, it's probably still usable, just not as much as it could be.

Yeah I pretty much figured it would be like that....
I will see if I have sometime soon to try and resize for other res..

just insatlled this on my tp2 seems to be working fine.ill check it out more 2morrow and get back. iwas using the ripped verson and kept getting lock upissues but may have found the main problem here.forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=532948[/url]. as i am also having probs with streaming inernet radio from wunder radio so im hoping that this fixes that issue as well.it did wounders for my memory issues also

I've got a stock Tilt 2, installed theradio it works perfect. my only question is, is there a way i can make the screen and/or backlight go off while listening without the audio turning off? I imagine there someone like me who doesnt like the wonderful batterylife while trying to listen to music and not beable shut off the screen.

Thats is a known problem...We tried to fix that with the ripped Pandora app as well...but we couldnt figure it out.
It is something with our TP2's, because it doesnt do that on Sony Xperia or some other devices
So we are pretty much going to have to live with that issue I am afraid.

I use WunderRadio as well and never really have any issues? Excpet when it does get choppy i just close the app and re-open it...

Thank you for at least understanding what i was aking. haha I guess its just how the rom is set up, does the same thing with windows media player. I sent an email to slacker and i dont think they even read it judging by what they replied. once i get the next reply ill post it here.

Yeah it does it with all Music Player related apps...something in the Registry on the TP2...We tried looking for it before, but kinda gave up as its really not that big of a deal..
