Please help ... a2DP on O2 Exec

hi all
I am totally new to all these ROM modifications.
I have just bought a SE HBH 970 and I have the O2 Exec.
I just realised that I am not able to stream music to my BT set on the current O2 ROM.
Went through the website and found that there is actually a way to enable A2DP on exec. Can someone very kindly explain to me how this can be done step by step?
I am quite lost. ... after searching thru web. ....
What do I need to download...
how do i do that etc etc.........

Weird, I thought these ROMs were indeed A2DP-compliant...
Have you tried, once you've paired the HBH, to manually set the stereo profile for your hbh in the Bluetooth management applet ?
By long-tapping on the Sony Ericsson HBH 970 item in the Bluetooth device list, a menu pops up and there should be something that looks like "Stereo headset" or something like that.

do a search for a 'zoki a2dp' cab file, install it and youll have a2dp on your exec

The latest O2 ROM does not contain A2DP, shame to you, O2. What you can try is, flash your ROM with other provider like Qtek, i-mate and etc that are already enable A2DP on their ROM.
Alternative solution is to download Zoki A2DP, may help but I don't know about the result ( as I never try it before )
One experience though, I flashed my O2 exec with Qtek latest ROM, it does pick up the stereo Bluetooth Headset but I've got huge lag when playing music. Sometimes I managed to get it through but most of the time, it does not happily play my music. even I already applied A2DP patch, tried with several ROMs , disable all wireless signals, still got the same result.
Maybe it is just my case, Give it a try, good experience anyways

spkr problem

i had flashed a htc touch cruise with Polaris_WWE_0.67_Standard_bepe
so far so good,successfully changed language to english .
when i call the first time the speaker works fine but if i click on SPEAKER ON it switches to loudspeaker but gives out a very annoying sound & if i switch back to normal speaker it would still give out that annoying sound . only way to turn it off and put it back on .
radio rom version 1.59.42.15 . do i need to upgrade it to latest ? 1.59.46.12 ?
u guys think its a software problem?
hard reset didnt help at all

I think you will need a 1.58.xx.xx radio with that ROM.

i cannot do hard reset ... im trying to hold GPS & IE button and press reset but for nothing . touch screen stopped working after 1 day so im trying to hard reset .

re flashed it again and still touch screen doesnt work , also it refuses to hard reset( maybe because touchscreen not working ?)
now phone stuck on TAP THE SCREEN TO SETUP YOUR PHONE
i took a look on ebay and found 2 types of touch screen digitizer , 1 copy 1 original .
copy price 9.78 gbp
original price 22.99 gbp
which do you recommand me to buy ?

some problem with " caller sound " !!

I have HD2, and i love it
but i have some problem with caller sound, when i had called from anyone the sound caller isn't clear, especially when the caller has loud sound !!
could you please give me advice to find some solution !

Bluetooth outgoing COM port

Hi there,
got 2 problems:
1. How to pair HD2 and BT device with no passcode(this is specific device with no possibility to set a passcode)
2. How to set up BT outgoing COM port in HD2. I found incoming, but no outgoing

first of all I need to figure out how to pair without passcode, idea is, to do this with registry. I cant find any solutions in www about this.

All work perfect but my keys are sometimes block's they shine the Light when I Push them but they don't Open the Programs
When I restart the Phone only once they work then not
(End Call,Apply Call,Ok Call,Internet,Message,Start and the right and left)
And sometimes when I push down or Up button it opens Internet Explorer
the others buttons Work Perfect
Can Anyone help or do I have to change Rom ...and PLS don't make jokes If I wrote something wrong
