With Theme Maker you can create or capture any image and use it as your Windows cursors, icons or desktop wallpaper.
Any Image can be captured. For cursors and icons, you can even add transparent areas using the editor. Just drag and drop the new image on to the cursor you wish to change, then add wallpaper and sounds to complete the desktop theme.
Themes can be saved as zip files or self installing exe files. Themes can also contain

Hi guys.. i am very bored of the standard custom icons shown into Start-> Programs... so tonight i have done a cab which installs a "minimum.dll" file, which is an icon library, and who make follow dirs into the menu:
Applications
Games
Internet
Multimedia
Phone
System
Utility
Mobile Office
Network
In every dir there is an icon. file which has a string inside:
#\Windows\minimum.dll,-4
By changing the number, you can assign a different icon to the folder you're in.
If some rom cooker wants its custom set of icons.. pm me.. HERE is a good archive of icons
Attached the CAB, no need to reboot, & image of avaiable icons in Minimum icon set and its relative code.

Ok guys, i have no time to make the cabs because i'm very busy at this time, however it's VERY SIMPLE.
All is explained in the first post (concerning the icon.lnk file inside the folder to skin).
In each zip there is the dll, to copy in \windows, and an image which describes the icon number.
If someone provide me some good icons, i'll pack them into a dll file.
To see the name of iconpack's image, wait with the mouse over and erad the filename.jpg

You have to pack 16x16,32x32, 64x64 images to an .ico file, or edit an .ico file deleting unwanted resolutions...
Then group all icons, numbered & ordered in an "Icon library"
I've used ArtIcons Pro to do this. The icon library has the .icl extension.
Now you have to compile it into a dll (I have used GConvert)
Remember that WM supports 256 colors icons, so if you use more colors, is wasted space.

any chance i could use some folders with the same style as the ones already on my phone? ie the yellow games folder etc...

If you don´t like the red/blue curtains, here under the preview pics is a file from Nisse Dillegraf, to remove them. A special thank to him.
Also there´s an option to have a glass slider as in the preview. Replace the original file with the attached.

To load theme, u have to copy manila files in principal folder to windows folder, and manila files in folder "TODOS" (inside touchflo icons folder) to windows folder.

My png image files won't show up on a panel I made. If I use a png file already in windows from another plugin, it shows up on my panel. If I try to use mine, I get the red X all the time. Does this mean the png file is not the right type? What does the .png image have to be like to be supported by Titanium? Mine is 32x32.
I have changed the status bar icons for a few time, and just want to share it to people who wants to personalize it by themselves but don't know how with their own taste without asking the others to do it for them
What you need:
- WinRar
- Gimp 2 - http://www.gimp.org/downloads/
- ADB or something like RootExplorer, I prefer ADB
File to be modified:
SystemUI.apk - you can find it in system/apps/
First, you need to get the SystemUI.apk out of your favorite ROM, I use WinRar, and then you open the apk file also by Winrar. Extract the 'drawable-mdpi' folder in 'res' folder. You will see the icons for back, home, option, etc. in there.
Now, edit the default icon with Gimp 2, open the icon, click Del to remove the image but still keep the template for your new icon. Open the your favorite icon (with Gimp 2 of course), and resize it to the size of the ROM's icon (it's under the Image option), mostly choose Height 48pixel and Width will be set automatically, just remember to look at the size of the default icon. After you resized your favorite icon, just Ctrl + C on your icon and then Ctrl + V on the the template, it will put your new icon to the center of the template. Last step for this is to save it back to the 'drawable-mdpi' folder. I suggest you to use .png icons and save the templates for your future uses FYI, you should have a 'pressed' template.
Last, open the SystemUI.apk and "Added files to ..." to the .apk file, add the modified 'drawable-mdpi' folder to the .apk, then you are done with the SystemUI.apk. If you want to have a fresh ROM flash, then just put the modified SystemUI.apk back to the ROM and flash; or you can "adb push" it to your tablet or over-write it, then you restart your tablet to see the change
That's it, first time you try it, it's going to take sometimes, but after you have all the templates ready, it's gonna be so quick for you to make any changes.
Let me know if you have any question, I'm no expert in Graphic Designing or Programming but will try to answer your questions
