Hi,
I noticed some of the roms with WizFlo have a nice picture viewer where you can scroll from pic to pic, use circles to zoom in/out.. etc..
I am running NBD v8.3 ( I like the HTC home), but would like to get the Wizflo picture viewer..
Any one have a how to install it while perserving my HTC home?

WizFlo is a ROM. Are you referring maybe to HTC Album? All the HTC cabs are here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=344533

In the most recent ROM I have installed it came with HTC Camera album. Now whenever I try to set an image as a wallpaper for the today screen, I don't get the option to set transparency because the image opens with HTC album. Is there a way around this and/or a way to remove HTC camera album?

I ran into this issue when I first got my Wizard
Open "Pictures & Videos", select the wallpaper you want, hit the right softkey(Menu) and click "Set As Today Wallpaper" or something to that affect.
From there it'll ask you to set the transparency, thats how it has to be done, atleast the first time.

I install Touchflo 3D on X1 works perfect with vertical view but i find a problem when pop out of the keyboard in horizontal view, half of the right side screen are blurred
anyone knows how to fix this problem?

+1 or you can get Touch-IT v4.0 "Landscape" RC1.1 rom from http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=485624 and have it cooked into your rom.
Hey just wanted to share my theme since it took a while to modify everything to make it look like the hero theme.
On the last screen shot it has all the cabs that I have in my tmobile rhodium in order for it to look like this.

I really like how you skinned the touchflo buttons on every tab (music, settings, mail, sms, people, camera and start menu) to be transparent. makes things much nicer showing the BG.
Have you got the manila files in a zip? or a cab for this?
Glad to see you are using my HDWallHero.cab. I've gone off that theme somewhat myself but it still looks pretty good.

The programs tab isn't skinned, any idea how to get this done?

I'm still trying to find somewhere in this forum (I've been looking in like all the htc winmo device forums) all of those transparent tab function buttons (like call, email send sms in the people tab)

hi...i'm not very familiar with winmo just yet...
i tried to install the HTCHero wall cab, but the progress bar just stays there and does not progress...am i doing something wrong?

cant find cabs anywhere
how can u have the wallpaper as backround in ur start menu list ?

Have been a Touch Diamond 2 user with a recent Sense flashed ROM from the LEO and previously have been on a SE Xperia.
I'm now making the move into the world of the HD2 and have a question.
Is it possible to change the home-screen wallpaper and still have the nice weather animation?

As far as i know till now...nope. But i am 100% sure that in the future someone will tweak the HD2, just wait for the custom roms

The screenshot is self-explaining and in the video you can see that there is a different background but still with weather animations on top of it.

Isn't that one of the built-in wallpapers though? I was under the impression that if you set it to anything else you'd lose the weather. That's certainly the way it appears to work with the Leo ROMs I've been running on my X1.
Using manila v 2.5.1920 (which comes in stock LEO rom) it allows you to select any static wallpaper you wish and it will apply the weather animations over the top.
You just select weather wallpaper, it then loads your album to let you select the wallpaper picture you desire.
This works fine on my own cooked blackstone ROM using packages from LEO shipped

Thanks for the simple explanation! I needed to do this for the cooked SSS rom r2 which is derived from LEO.
There's a way to get animated contact picture which is pretty cool and isn't on s7/edge.
You record a gif go to contact photo and change to the gif and this is animated in contact details plus if you pull contact pic down in contact list you get full screen and also you get animated contact icon when getting call from person you assign gif to.
That's a really cool idea! Does it actually exist on any phone right now?

You can do it on s8 plus already
Plus there's Samsung ones already in contact pic edit.

Was thinking now i need to redo a picture (well GIF), then realised i can edit my camera roll using the GIF capture tool - NICE.
Download Animated Photo plugin from Galaxy Apps for the stock camera. It Captures in GIF from the stock Camera, and then can be applied as a contact image. Tested and works.
However, The annoying fact is - S8 doesn't display Full Screen Images of contacts for incoming calls.
