[REQ] Semitransparent bottom bar

I would like to have semitransparent bottom bar on all tabs and not only on Home tab. Can somebody please post it here cause I don't know how to edit it.

That is really good! If it's possible, do you think you could make it as the home tabs transparency? without the blackscale? so they match equally?

Attention with that one, it kinda ****ed up my TouchFlo. Installed it, rebooted, and then it only said "tap here to start touch flo 3d" and if tapped it said "starting touch flo" for some seconds and then reverted back to "tap here..."
After uninstallation it works again but keeps asking me to tap the screen to start TouchFlo when I turn on the device which really sucks. Any way to get it back to automatic start?

Great mod! Now my TF3D is perfect: transparent top bar, semi transparent bottom bar, transparent flip clock, tranparent program tab, background image in every tab and change the background image every 30 mins automatically . It's better than iPhone !!!

strange then why doesn't it work for me? I got official 1.93 rom installed, and with the cab my touchflo won't start anymore.
Is there any other cab like this one floating around? I don't want to test the other cab from ricky, the first one in this thread cause its also from him and I expect similar problems.
But, what the real problem is with transparent bars is that you can see the text of the settings tab behind the slider bar, and I had a completely transparent bar before and in the programs tab it cut off the 4th row of buttons about halfway behind the sliderbar, the same was for the canvas' of pictures in the photo tab. isn't this partly visible also here, with a semi transparent bar?
you know what REALLY would rock? a kind of smaller sliderbar, about half thick so that it matches with the cutoff line of the pictures and the program buttons. Is something like that possible or even done?
I mean something like this, the reddish tint I added means the solid slider bar and above it should be transparent.

Bump.
I would be interested in a semi-transparent bottom bar with the same transparency as the one for the Home tab, but haven't got a clue how to go about it. Can anyone assist please? The .cab posted by RichardTenggren is semi-transparent, but is darker than the one on the Home tab.
I am aware that there are plenty of fully transparent ones, but I would prefer a semi-transparent version.

Wow - That Gold Tab theme rocks.
But how have they managed to get the gold sliding tab???
On the download it says it's not included but in the screen shots you can see when sliding there is a gold square around the icons.
I still have the default black
I did a search on the forums but didn't come across anything!

Well it's the ENTIRE Gold Bling Theme in manila files.
Theres alot but once I copied them over to my X1 I have the FULL theme.
You could probably find the gold slider in there some where with manila editor but I'm happy with the full theme

The file name for the gold slider is 1e29e8e7_manila just copy it from the theme...but I will upload it for you =) just unzip and put the file in the windows directory in your phone.

New font for tf3d, works and looks great!
One problem is that in the Weather tab the font is to big to show the deegre, it will be a little bug, but you can still figure out the deegre

I couldn't tell the difference... maybe I'm just being dense!

the bars top (where operator details) and bottom(Icons) are the curtains, so the background is clearly seen now.
If you have the default diamond style background it's black so you wont notice, but with some colour it looks ace.

I installed TF3D config in my Xperia in order to change the default theme installeb by the TF3D-HD cab... I cannot make it work. I always get an excpetion error message. is this something known or is there a different application i have to install?. the version i'm using is the .6.7.

Its known. You have to edit the registry or delete an xml file. Can't give you the exact data but with the info you should find the solution in the advancedconfig-thread.

In my eyes Tf3d is running even faster, and the phone is faster when Tf3d is a panel, I even maneged to use costume Images as you can see in the screenshot, Tf3D panel is the panel with my picture, you can use what ever picture you want
Just make sure they are the right size and name and saved as .bmp
1. landscape.bmp (200x120)
2. large_landscape.bmp (400x180)
3. large_portrait.bmp (240x350)
4. portrait.bmp (120x175)
Then put those files in Program/panels/tf3d

Its already in Swedish, just install and it will use the phone language

Is it possible to add smaller cities to the weather application?
I know it does work for the Diamond. I tried a database-editor but the programm didn't start correctly and TF3D wasn't working anymore...

Any way to set TF3D NOT to reset the right softkey to <Today>? Everytime I run it, it resets the right softkey to <Today> and I have to manually remap it back to <Right Softkey>. It's a bit inconvenient.

Wonderful Theme!!!!
For all who do not feel comfortable to just copy and overwrite files, simply rename the .ZIP into .THEME and apply using the customizer.
Only issue (and that's one a lot of people fight with) is that an applied wallpaper does not appear under all tabs, just at the home tab*. Not a big deal for me because everything else is plain f-ing beautiful!

There are some apps which suppose to enable "background in all tabs" but I wrecked my Manila once with it and don't want to be the first one again. If one wants to try and post here you're more than welcome - LOL

If there is a capital H or HH it's 24 hours
Small h or hh is 12 hours with AM / PM and leading zero (hh) or not (h)
BTW for some of us 24 h clocks are just regular - LOL

MaTT, good point, I forgot to copy mine into the windows dir after flashing the last time. BTW muns02 CAB works to get "background in all tabs"

n1 TAB icons what do you mean with this?
The top icon bar is Carneros patched Task bar and what you see to the left is WKTask1200a.
After playing with your skin I do have two questions:
Though I don't run the default background (the bluish waves polar lights kinda style), I've seen ONCE that same background but in a redish style after initial install. Couldn't find it anywhere on my device!?!
Any chance that you make a CAB out of your clock. I'm afraid changing to my black clock and do a full reinstall to go back to the transparent one.
If you can tell me which manila files represent the clock I may be able to do it myself.

i'm also zealous of this beautiful taskbar, great work from the developer! but on my diamond there are still the standard icons for "start" and the antenna (which represents the signal strenght), tough i have installed the sdkcerts cab. can anyone help me? (i'm using original german rom 1.93.407.1).

You need sdkcerts (guess you have this already) and the icon set you want.
They float around in the forum (there are 100s), the ones in my screenshot are called Carnero_s_Patched_TaskBar

Very nice theme tried it out and I like... However I'd have to disagree with the above statement (beauty is in the eye of the beholder)
Carnero's looks much nicer.... and suits your theme better then the other would.

hi,
after the install i have this problem, that die Backgroundscreen is white, and not the same with the Screenshot from youre Touch Flo 3D .
When i select the Wallpaper as the Background Picture, only at the first Screen is the selected Picture see here:

Sorry to say, but there are a few problems with the icons.
I'm missing the colored icon when a tab is selected.
And the stock icon remains default.
I've included some screenshots to explain the problems.
Could you solve it somehow?

That is an interesting one. I've never seen that happen with the calendar tab. The stocks tab is default. I never made an icon for it. I'll try and fix this tonight(except the stocks tab).

Love the look of that theme. I thought I'd try it on my TP2 and it worked perfectly 1st time. Can't wait to see what else you can come up with.
Actually I have just found that there are a few icons missing. When you go to a person in your contacts the slide bar at the bottom defaults to the HTC TF3D standard although when highlighted the message, email and cal history tabs show up with your theme but the centre screen icon doesn't.

This issue i already know about. My original idea was to have those icons stay the same but they use the same icons for both the home slider and this submenu slider so i couldn't find away around that. Maybe I will get my themes to go deeper. I dunno i'll have to sit down and play with that once i get some time.

Great looking theme and blue is my favorite color! Nice work!

Im done with this theme, i will only edit faults like missing icons where there should have been one.
Other than that i am working on a new theme. I might release separate cabs for the clock and icons on that one.

Im not sue what u mean about a hybrid TP2. I made this theme on an unbranded TP2, so i wouldnt know how they work on the branded ones.
when it comes to the slider i made it not transparent by intent.
When i make them transparent, the background icon on the slider is larger than the one being shown on the slider itself, making it (imo) not very nice to look at. (you can see what i mean on the first theme i made ;http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=550327

I have not written anything on the theme, so i cant see why itshouldnt be multilanguage as long as your phone is.

he i got a prob the hole theme doesn't work with me, can anyone help me? becasue after installing, i see "Title" and then the scroll bar is stuck without any logo's like internet and mail i don't see them. and i dont see the clock.
Then when i go to instellingen it resets

I see. Firstly go to settings and today, disable TF3D. Uninstall the theme, and try installing it again without TF3D running. Soft reset phone and reboot TF3D after entering PIN kode.
If this still makes a faulty theme, please post you device model (Brand).
I have not been able to test these themes on a branded phone, so i do not know if it works on them.
if it doesnt work, i will post it on the first post.

Great! Looking 4ward to the icons cab

hey most is fixed know but i still got 2 probs:
1. between the 2 clock rounds there is a white bar;
2. the bar were you can change from home to mail to etc. the bar that is moving is blue and doesnt show the picture of the one that is selected
