Hello gurus.
PCM Keyboard I consider as great tool the same as PocketCM. But now I discovered strange behaviour - when I'm trying to use it somewhere outside the PocketCm, I can't see text. I'm typing blanks only.
Inside PocketCM PCMK works properly. (no matter which version)
Would you suggest me how can I repair it ? (resets, reinstals, deinstals and instals again don't help)
A cople days ago I flash my Trinity with last WWE/Light bepe ROM. Before that I used the aplication with easy (on many ROMs) . I do not claim that it's because of bepe ROM, but who knows... Would someone with bepe ROM check this up?
thanks,
Malin.

Ok, I got the answer that it is not working on the new version OS at all
I hope that new version of PCMK wil manage this problem....

UPDATE
The newest 610-series Windows Mobile 6.1 ROMs may be found HERE. Many thanks to jpmatrix972 for collecting these ROMs and hosting them for the community.
If you've never installed a new ROM before, I'd recommend first downloading and installing the new 0.89 radio, in order to improve signal acquisition and overall radio performance. Backup ALL your data on the device before you run this! If you have any problems with this process, read more about radio problems and installation in this thread. (A big thank-you to hipppo for posting these files!)
Afterwards, go here, and download the flash.dio file (which is the ROM itself). For information on how to install the ROM, please read my second post, below.
Once you're finished installing the new ROM, you should install this file in order to fix a bug with call waiting. After that, you're all done! Enjoy WM 6.1.
(If you miss having a proper D-pad on your iPAQ, there is a work-around program here. And if you need to get your hardware keyboard working with Opera Mobile 9.5, look here.)

Everything below is older material that I don't personally recommend.
OLDER POSTS:
Hi guys! I got a request to upload the 600-series ROMs from PDAclan.com, which is a great site but it's all in Chinese. I'll be posting the ROMs here with their descriptions. Check back often, I'll be adding more as I finish their translations. The descriptions below aren't my words, but those of the ROM creators. I'll put any notes [like this]; anything written in English goes in quotes "like this".
To see the original posts, head over here.
Please read post #2 for flashing instructions and a disclaimer.
If there's no link yet, just be patient and I'll post it shortly.

HP612_WM6.1_OS 5.2.20737 ROM: Simplified Chinese - Elegant Black - Clean: by NGSEE
Recently, the base ROM has been updated very often, many thanks to acwan for providing the transplanted base.
Here's acwan's explanation of the new base:
Supposedly the previous 20721 release, with the new AKU 1.4 base, was a "beta" version. This one is AKU 1.4 "basic". In terms of speed it feels about the same as 20721. Its software compatibility is pretty good, under this base you should be able to run software that is usually restricted to specific devices. The bundled software is about the same as the previous Clean 20721 Simplified Chinese release.

HP612_WM6.1_OS 5.2.20721 ROM: Simplified Chinese - Elegant Black - Clean: by NGSEE
Here's the Simplified Chinese version! This is from the AKU 1.4 base ROM, to which I've added "touch" capability, which is also called screen swipe capability. It means that where you previously used the stylus to tap up or down, left or right, now you can instead use your fingers to swipe the screen - you'll see what I mean when you try it yourself. [I think he means he's included the HTC TouchFlo scrolling.] Let's see (it's been a while since I updated)... comparing this release to the previous one (20273), where I updated to the official 1.01.04 OEM, and updated the XIP & "boot", but the software was the same as before. In contrast, this time I didn't really feel like including the official "Streaming Player" or the dialer "Band Switch," friends that need them can go download the first three attachments in dxvolution's thread and install them themselves. (http://www.pdaclan.com/thread-17615-1-1.html). [I've downloaded these three files and attached them below.] There's basically no problems with using this ROM. Much like the English version released yesterday, if you don't have any recently used programs in the Start Menu, the cursor will turn white when you move it to that space. I don't know if this is a bug or a new feature of AKU 1.4.

HP612_WM6.1_OS 5.2.20721 ROM: English - Elegant Black - Clean: by NGSEE
This one is using the newest 20721 base (AKU 1.4), the XIP and SYS were all transplanted from the Samsung I-908 Hong Kong edition English ROM, served up hot and fresh. As for software, there isn't any difference from the past clean releases, I've kept using the newest official HP 1.01.04 OEM. This time I've even updated the "boot", I can't feel any difference, friends that want to try something new can give it a shot.
PS: There's a small bug, if the list of recently opened programs is empty there will be a white bar, expect a fix. Eh, I figure there aren't that many people who have that space empty anyway.

HP612_WM6.1_OS 5.2.20296+20275 ROM: English - Elegant Black - Clean: by kkwy
The XIP has been transplanted from the Ri Da [don't know if this is a name or a brand] 20296 base, the OEM part has been updated to the newest official HP English ROM 1.01.04, and the SYS has been transferred from the "Diamond" 20275 and NGSEE's 20273 English - Elegant Black - Improved ROM. As for the software, it's about the same as the last release, MMS should be fixed now.
Standard page pool is 12 MB.

HP612_WM6.1_OS 5.2.20273 ROM: English - Elegant Black - Improved: by NGSEE
Just like the 20273 in Simplified Chinese, the XIP is ported from Xiao Qiao's 20273 base, while the OEM has been updated to HP's new official ROM 1.01.04. After flashing the OS version will appear as 1.01.04. The SYS was ported by someone on xda-devs (I've forgotten their ID, oops...)
ROM Specs:
1. OEM is the newest official one; in addition, the streaming player, battery manager, and HP Shortcut have all been upgraded.
2. Battery level is displayed as a percentage.
3. Used a Diamond skin for WMP.
4. The ROM has been made as clean as possible; software includes the official standard dialer, standard English keyboard as well as Samsung fullscreen handwriting 2.0 [for Chinese input], Office applications and Live Messenger, a small reset tool, a Chinese dialer [?], and a new version of USBtoPC.
5. Improved appearance of the system icons, which were taken from xda-devs
6. Standard page pool is set at 16 mb.
Many thanks to PDAclan's niezher for testing this ROM!
Not much else to say

HP612C_WM6.1_OS 5.2.20275 + 20273 ROM: Simplified Chinese - Elegant Black - Clean: by kkwy
These past few days I've been researching the HP 612c's XIP and OS's "DIY" [Do-it-yourself?]
I've grabbed the newest IPAQ 1.01.04 ROM, and upgraded its XIP to version 20275
Then I grabbed NGSEE's HP612_WM6.1_OS 5.2.20273 Simplified Chinese - Elegant Black - Clean ROM and took out the OS part, the OS's OEM section I used is the updated IPAQ 1.01.04 one.
After I finished it, I've used it until now without problems.

HP612_WM6.1_OS 5.2.20273 ROM: Simplified Chinese - Elegant Black - Clean: by NGSEE
Recently I haven't had anything fun to do, I was itching to make a 20273 ROM. I've been using it and I figure it's pretty good, friends who want to try something new can give it a go.
It's a pretty clean ROM, I've minimized the cooked-in programs. Software included is pretty much the same as the 20273 English version. [See above.] I've removed the HP theme, now the standard theme is WM6.1 green, standard page pool is 16 MB, Simplified Chinese MMS 4.2.8.10, and that's about all there is to it.
*******************************
The attached files are for the August 29 release.
To flash these ROMs:
0) Backup your data! This will erase ALL files you have stored on the device.
1) If the ROM is compressed, extract the file flash.dio from the archive (e.g., zip or rar file) using the password "israpda.com" for the newer ROMs, or "PDAclan.com" for the older ones (note that the "PDA" part is capitalized).
2) Copy the file flash.dio to an micro sd card formatted to FAT 16. Do NOT use an SDHC card, the bootloader can't read it!
3) Insert the card into your 610/612/614. While it's still off, hold down the voice record (left side) and mute (top) buttons.
4) Still holding the buttons, hit the power button. Hold them until you see the bootloader start up.
5) Sit back and relax! I'd recommend that you don't touch anything until it's totally finished and the screen comes up telling you to calibrate the touchscreen. Enjoy your new ROM!
In the unlikely event that something goes wrong and your device is stuck on the blue HP startup screen, see here for a fix.
As usual, you use this at your own risk. Let me say that again: ANYTHING THAT HAPPENS TO YOUR DEVICE AFTER FLASHING THESE ROMS IS YOUR OWN RESPONSIBILITY. I haven't tried all of these so I can't comment on how they're working, but the Chinese guys think they're the bee's knees. (That is, they're really good.)

Hi
Can I use this ROM HP612_WM6.1_OS 5.2.20721 ROM: English - Elegant Black - Clean: by NGSEE on my HP Ipaq 614c ?
And what does it mean "Clean" ? What exactly was deleted from original ROM?
Thanks.
PS Now have ROM WM 6.1 for HP IPAQ 614c CE English OS 5.2.19965 (Build 19965.1.2.3) Ver 1.3 (yevg001)
I wasn't sure, but somebody over at PDAclan asked the same question. Anyway, yeah, these ROMs will work on any of the 600s (610c, 614c, etc.)
I think these are "clean" in that there's nothing added to them, the only programs are those that come from the stock HP ROM.
Oh year, I flashed it. =))
So, what can i say, it is very fast!! Extremely fast!
But some chinese words still are
Also found some new programmes
PocketCalc in chinese and with 14 day trial =)))))
WM6.1Storage, RESET and another chinese programm (something for working with SIM Card)
Some more pictures
Find bug
There is a programm WM6.1Storage with an error )))
Any suggestions?
THANKS !!!
FOR YOU EFFORTS
i think the hp 614 is an excelent machine one thing missing support
Support from hp
support from some guys with great knowledege
Today i tested the abillities of the hp 614 it fell from my vstrom 650 suzuki 60kmh with the big battery on
i was lucky no car hit the phone
excellent build quallity
Now so far i havent tried any modifications on the phone
sergiorus reports a very fast wm61 version
due to my previous experience from the highly overestimated (bull**** to me tytnii) no wm61 was faster than wm6
sergiorus can please confirm on that or run some benchmarks?
also the is some chinese leftovers in the rom ?
are they everywhere or just in the calculator?
thanks again hope we have a better camera ( the one in the phone sucks)
IF ONLY WE HAD A CHEFF WOULD BE GREAT
HOPE WE SEE LATER AN AMDROID VER 2
THANKS ONCE MORE GUYS

yes, this ROM has chinese leftovers and not only in calculator. I found them also in voicecommander (when starting voice something say in chinese ), in WM6.1Storage, Sim Manager, ClearType
Voicecommander totally unusable, all in hieroglyphs
Also when opening textfile
And when device was just flashed date was in chinese also.
To sum up, i can say that it is fast ROM, faster than WM6.1 HP IPAQ 614c CE English OS 5.2.19965 (Build 19965.1.2.3) Ver 1.3 (yevg001), but it needs some fixes, improvements for english users. Flash it only for tests.
NOT RECOMMENDED
PS Which benchmarks you want i test?

Um, that was a question, right? There seems to be a couple of programs in Chinese for all of these, but if it says "English," the OS and all major programs will be in English.

Even better: if you want a French ROM, then become a ROM chef! We could sure use one for the iPAQ 600s.
Hi all,
I've flashed my 612 with "HP612_WM6.1_OS 5.2.20721 ROM: English - Elegant Black - Clean: by NGSEE" yesterday.
1st impression: applications definitely load faster! Battery-life have to wait and see.
However, there were a few things I need to change:
1. Date was in Chinese. Need to change to English.
2. The only text input options are the default English keyboard and a Chinese one. I had to manually enter the registry entries to enable back the Letter Recognizer, Block Recognizer and the Transcriber. I managed to change the text label of the Keyboard to English as well.
3. The default calculator has an expiry date. I had to download a 3rd party calculator and set it as the default one in the registry.
4. The left softkey on the today screen is set to Call History. Have to change to my favorite Messages through the registry.
One main grouse I have is that I can no longer enter SMS by using the hardware keypad anymore! When I press the keys, only numbers will appear. Anyone has any idea how to get back that function?? I'm used to enter text through the keypad.... Please help!!
after reading though the internet, I realized that XT9 has been disabled....anyone knows how to enable back?
To enable/disable XT9, edit the following registry keys:
Under: HKLM\System\CurrentControlSet\Control\Layouts\e0010409\
Edit "Ime File" = "\\windows\\eT9.dll" and "Layout Text" = "eT9 IME" to enable XT9.
Edit "Ime File" = "\\windows\\compime.dll" and "Layout Text"="COMP IME" to disable XT9.
I'm including the .REG files below.

Thanks for replying.
I've read that in other forums as well. The problem is that the file \windows\eT9.dll doesn't even exist. I checked the spb backup image I created before the upgrade and it's not there as well. Therefore I believe there should be another dll file it should be pointing to.
My guess is one of the dll files in \windows\programs\tegic\et9. Btw, this ROM doesn't have anything in the \windows\programs\tegic\et9 folder. So I restored those files from the previous image.
Can anyone one who is still on the original ROM please advise what is your registry entry for HKLM\System\CurrentControlSet\Control\Layouts\e0010409\?

There it is. Just remove the .txt extension.
1. This is my first custom ROM ever.
2. Adapted for the 91x from same for 61x by keyx (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=496283)
3. Major props to fellow Canadian keyx for major instruction and ongoing guidance. Indirect props to all his sources at pdaclan.com and xda-devs.
Done:
1. Dumped IMGFS from HP 910c Factory ROM update (using keyx kitchen).
2. Dumped XIP directly from device.
3. Ported keyx 21198 XIP to 91x using XIPKitchen (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=443383)
4. Used OEM from 910c factory ROM (with Google Search, Google Maps and VoiceCommander removed)
5. Used SYS from keyx 21198 (except phone.dll and ril.dll from HP 910c factory and 61x-specific modules taken out)
6. Manual XIP ported by keyx
7. Functional ROM kitchen tools in place - tested by successfully building customized WM6.1 ROM
Current status:
- device makes it to OS boot screen (not the first "HP" boot screen but the next one), beeps once and just hangs... never goes any further
- WiFi and phone lights operational, suggesting successful XIP porting?
- can't isolate source problem between OEM, SYS or XIP
This will be based off of keyx's 03-27-09 beta 2.2 build. Once a reliable method is in place, we 910/912/914 owners should be able to benefit from his updates to the 610/612/614.
Please be patient; will post here as soon as its done.
I have cooked many rom the htx advantage ... but I could never switch from one machine to another ...
If you can be your tester!
THANKSSSSSS!!!!!!
This is a great news!! I've been waiting on a cust ROM for iPAQ91X : desperately waiting for this!!
Thanks very much!!!!! ))
I was waiting for this one since ages!
I'll be glad to be one of your testers if you need me to :-D
Gunsfan
sorry
Have been building and flashing many test ROMs for days now... none are making it past the first screen.
We may be better off porting from an entirely new source; I suspect whatever causes the 61x keyx first-boot problem (where users wait for second beep and then must reset frozen device) has just turned into a full-blown show stopper.
in the meanwhile may be you can port 6.1 21042 (if the original rom has a older verson) and may be fitting manila 2d in it.

Yeah I'll give that a shot.
1. Any idea what is causing the first boot issue in your 61x ROM?
2. How exactly did you get your flash.dio file below 80 MB? Mine is 80 MB, and the 20142 for ipaq612 custom ROM I just downloaded is also 80 MB.
1. I have no idea...i will try to do a port from 6.1 to 6.5 when i done exam to see what process involvoed for cross version port
2. I am using pdalcan's rom as template.rom and it is smaller,i think it has to relate to some hex edit to change the mbr

Well, I just successfully ported a WM6.1 21042 ROM for the ipaq 910c. XIPKitchen worked fine; all that is missing is WiFi (and I'll probably just have to stick the appropriate wrlsmgr.exe back in for that to work). IE6 is kind of a nice improvement, as is the removal of VoiceCommander, GSearch and GMaps.
Will tweak a bit and then post.

Don't need beta testers, thanks - anything that seems to work on my end will be released.
As it stands, the WM6.5 ROM is stalled; I'll keep fidling with it, but we may have to just wait for a new build to be released before it is worth much more time investment.
The WM6.1 build 21042 is a nice update because it contains IE6 Mobile. I've got a test ROM cooked but it at least major two bugs, detailed in next post.
Of course it is rather easy to customize the factory build (number 19xxx) without any XIP porting - I can post a release that has Google Maps, Google Search and VoiceCommander removed, and a few odds and ends added. But other than that there are very few benefits.
If people want to help out, there are two things they can do:
- hunt down (on xda-devs and PPCgeeks discussion threads) new sources of WM6.5 ROMS for me to use for porting
- try to find a device ROM from which we can extract a compatible, yet better, rilgsm.dll ...the Ipaq 61x and 91x has a well-known problem where the GSM radio doesn't expose the Cell Tower ID to the OS (limiting the "My Location" feature in Google Maps to use the standard GPS only without cell tower triangulation and preventing the useful operation of other apps like Navizon). I am convinced that this problem stems to the rilgsm.dll file in which HP has not implemented this feature (but HTC certainly has).
pdadb.net says that the 91x and the 61x are both manufactured by Inventec and use a Qualcomm MSM6280 (2x QDSP4000) phone controller. If somebody can find a device ROM or just the rilgsm.dll from another phone that uses the same cell radio hardware, we should try cooking that file into our ROMs and see if it enables the desired functionality.
Getting the CNAP feature (a.k.a. Rogers Name Display) would be a bonus as well, but it looks like the Rogers HTC phones do not use the same radio (i.e. Touch Diamond and TyTN use "Qualcomm MSM7201A (QDSP4000, QDSP5000)").

Here are the bugs in my 21042 ROM so far:
BUG 1: WiFi disappears
This is weird - the blue WiFi light begins blinking during first boot and continues through the Welcome tutorial. Then once I reach the first screen, it goes out and the device behaves as though it doesn't have built-in WiFi. The Wireless Manager only shows "Bluetooth" and "Phone" options. Strange, because the SDIO wifi driver is definitely in the OS (it comes up as a network device under "Connections") but there's no interface to enable it.
BUG 2: Storage Card isn't recognized
Simply, whenever I put in a microSD card, the device does nothing. File Explorer shows no Storage Card. Memory CPL shows no Storage Card. Just good old useless iPaq File Store and Bluetooth Neighbourhood
I suspect either I've ported the XIP wrong or I've got some lack of reg entries coming from the new base SYS. But these are show-stoppers for me so I'm inclined not to post until I can at least fix one of them. Will learn to manually port the XIP and see if that helps.

Have you tried using this rom with the mods you mentioned but trying to add manila 2d?? That would be a really nice add-on.
Success!
Got the WiFi and Storage Card stuff working in build 21042 by manually porting the XIP (something I've wimped out on until now). Here's the release.
Moving on to another stab at porting keyx's WM6.5!
More success!
I just got a working WM6.5 21198 build for the 91x from keyx - just as I was figuring out the details of my own port of the same (keeping Windows Live modules out of SYS keeps the total modules low enough for G'Reloc to run without integer overflow; on the other hand that might not have been my problem).
I'm merging a dump of keyx's working ROM with my own stuff (some OEM customizations and a few extra SYS packages) to see how that works. But we've at least got something bootable; expect a release today or tomorrow.
Great!
i just tried this. it works great!! thank you. but can you make the X close button even bigger. the problem with the 910c is that the screen is not flused against the corner so it's difficult to hit that buttom sometimes. just nit picking
Thanks for this ROM
benjaminries,
Many thanks for the WM6.5 ROM you worked on. My 910c has been sitting on my desk for several months due to the lack of interest or any ROM updates from HP. (Great little phone with problems HP still has not fixed (datacard issues and POOR battery life). Your update has given me new reasons to begin using the device again. No crashes and no big problems discovered. Again, good work. Only noticed a couple of cosmetic things which are very minior and a lot of "task manager" icons in different folders. The one thing is did do was map "task manager" to the "voice commander" button on the side of the phone. Since this beast is known to suck up juice it's just a way to stay on top of things. Right now just using it on GSM network setting and getting decent battery life. Will start to see what happens when I set it to high-speed network. But again, no problems what-so-ever with your ROM. (Using 910c as limited use phone and heavy Exchange 2007)
Hi there, I am a blackstone user, which is pretty faster writing with the stylus (for example; using the letter recognizer and the transcriber) than with any digital keyboard.
These input methods are commonly removed in cooked ROMs (I understand it is not just plain discrimination, as they seem to be incompatible with the HTC new keyboard ). It is why you need to use third party software: calligrapher, penreader, official windows transcriber...
In the latest ROMs, however (Duttys R5, Miris 9.1 or Energy) I have incompatible problems with all the these programs...
I wonder if anyone could tell me how to correct the following bugs OR point me to any third party program that works OR tell me how to successfully activate the transcriber and letter recognizer.
These are the bugs:
Calligrapher: In duttys and Miris roms when you use it for the first time... it gets crazy... auto writting continously... In Energy it only works in some programs
Penreader: it does not recognizes the writting (in addition the ink seems kind of transparent
Transcriber cabs: they are not recognize as an input option.
Thanks in advance for the help!
P.S. I tried to install third party keyboards (fingerkey, EZInput) and uninstall the HTC keyboard to check if the transcriber was recognized... not sure how but I black-out my Dutty Rom and had to Volume-Hard reset it.. That's when I decided to ask for help.
P.P.S.S What are the LEO input options? doesn't it have an stylus???
Oh please!! some user of these great ROMs must have managed to get a decent stylus based input!
P.S. Thanks for moving the post.
I can confirm the software "Mobilewriter" works on Dutty Rom. It is similar to the letter recognizer. However, it is not that smooth... Has anyone succeded at configuring it better?

HTC HD WM 6.5
ROM Energy.BLACKSTONE.23547.Sense2.5_with_Cookie_HomeTab.Mar.17
I will repost my original post on modaco here too, if someone can make a clean rom with maybe some fix that are listed below it would be great
Hello,
I just have brought this pda yesterday. It's very pretty and nice hw too. I've tried already to disable all the samsung stuff's but i can't remove sms manager and others things.. (i've already read the guide of editing registry ecc.ecc.).
Isn't around a clean rom to flash it? Can I flash with a generic b7610 rom or it will not work?
The firmware versions of mine are :
PDA : B7620XXII7
CSC : B7620ITVII7
TELEF. : B7620XXII6
I've found here a rom but too scared to try without a changelog and support (h--p://chomikuj.pl/misiio61/Firmware+Samsung/Firmware/GT-B7620+Armani)
If anyone can help it will be really appreciate coz the ppc is good but full of junkies.
thx
bye smile.gif
WISHLIST :
To do
- Clean 6.5.X Rom without Armani things (Pleaseee someeeeoneee heelpppp ussss or a brave man who would flash with b7610 rom)
- Total way to eradicate or at least disable Armani Apps
- A way to keep settings after a softreset or just power off\on :
- camera app lose options like wdr, antimotion ecc.
- device lose cpu settings like auto\high\low use
- softkeyboard will return to samsung default (i'd like to use "FingerKeyB" for example)
- Software to enable the frontcamera? (it seem to be one afterall)
- Way to remove "Sent Message Notification" (tried with all software but do not work, neither from registry, must be armaniapps...)
Done
- GPS Fix (as in tomtom) with "GpsMod"
- Shuttersound Off (just use the cab in the b7610 tweaks guide)
*FIXED (a bit= not all keys are usable sad.gif ) (use AEBPlus.v.2.6.6.2) - Something to remapp all hardware buttons (i think someone mentioned a software somewhere...)
*FIXED (a bit=works but no configuration working to calibrate it well) using this : h**p://rapidshare.com/files/312689104/HTCSensorSDK.dll (some games works now) - Working HTC gmotion driver\dll (tried from omniaPro\II no worked sad.gif )

Did you have WM6.1 or WM6.5??
On B7610 the WM6.1 is faster, more stable and don't have the collors displaing bug (http://www.modaco.com/content/forum/300931/). I would sugest that you keep with WM6.1..
Could you dump your rom here??
I would like to try this rom on my b7610.
Please follow these topic: http://www.modaco.com/content/b7610...-com/297139/a-simple-procedure-to-dump-a-rom/
Tx =)
Hello
Hmm i have 6.5 already, it came with it and i just tried with a new official rom (always 6.5 but newer).. and yes i have that bug of colors
Btw no need to dump, if u want to try it, the roms files are there : h**p://chomikuj.pl/misiio61/Firmware+Samsung/Firmware/GT-B7620+Armani

B7620 Armani WM 6.53 (official)
is there any word about an update for WM 6.53 since the now installed 6.52 is buggy and kinda slow....samsung has a very lazy support
Still no
I think we have 2 option, or a custom rom of the 6.5.2 or a 6.1 rom. After all 6.5 isnt that great thing, ok more usable with touch but i can live without it. Plus wm6,1 have 2000 themes, this titanium is cool idea but no themes and the generator online is just a joke
Somebdoy help ussssssssssssssssssssssssss! ^_______^
Damn.. i dont want to change device, but.. support on b7620 really sucks! If only hd2 had a hardware keyboard :\
Chooo
I would love to have a clean Rom, too! My B7620 works fine, but after a Soft Reset I have only about 45 MB RAM free...
Hi [email protected] and others,
on my original post on moda.. a guy offers his skills to mod a rom but he need a dump (h**p://www.modaco.com/content-page/298479/req-help-with-gt-b7620-aka-giorgio-armani/page/20/)of the B7620, can someone here do that?

ps : We need to merge forces
Flash B7610 rom onto b7620
is it possible to flash samsung B7610 rom onto B7620? and if so which of the roms work properly.
Flashing B7620
Don't flash B7610 rom to B7620...i tried...it doesn't work...the phone becomes all weird.
I think someone just posted a B7620 clean rom over at Modaco, if anyone of you wants to try and give feedback:
http://www.modaco.com/content-page/298479/req-help-with-gt-b7620-aka-giorgio-armani/page/40/
Yep, it is dask.. helping me trying to create a perfect slim rom and later we will see

So has anyone come up with a light, clean ROM for the B7620?

ROM request threads in DEVELOPMENT are NOT DONE in my honest opinion. Also, please don't revive request threads like this.
