i'm wondering if you folks have also changed the look of the windows-mobile side of your htc shift...
after installing realvga and 96dpi, my shift snapvue was because of the small font size not usable anymore.
i installed pocketbreeze, pocketweather and ilauncher (all from sbsh.net) on my shift and it works very well...
it looks now like:

Im running it on the Gene/P3400. Quick animation, SMS/Email page animates halfway and it has only three sides. Installed it over the cube I found here http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=348437&highlight=Xplode

the program takes up far too much space ... for some cool looking icons and transition animations I can't justify the space IMHO.
