HTC Elf Portuguese - Windows Live Messenger

Hi
I hope you can help me with this.
I have a HTC Elf P3450 with WM6.1
When I connect to Windows Live Messengers, my contacts are all offline.
I know there's a fix for English version, but what can I do with this Portuguese version?

[WANTED] ROM flashing guide

Like the title says: The Omnia II rom development section needs a ROM flashing guide. Just think of all the "thanks".
If you're up to it, let me know. I'll create a sticky topic for it on the developemtn section if it's good enough. Don't post it in the development section yet, point me to it first.
