Hi all,
would it be possible to use the HTC as a gamepad for Windows XP or Vista games, linked via bluetooth or wlan.
So you can control your games on your computer with your HTC.
Thanks a lot.

Has anyone used their Wiz to access MP3’s stored on the networked PC and steam them to their stereo? I’m looking at e “media player” and would like to control it with the Wiz.
Any recommendations? What hardware did you use? Is this something that work with NOVII remote?
Thanks in advance,
Tom
I have a Roku Soundbridge to play MP3s on my stereo, and I use the PPC version of Visual MR on my T-Mobile MDA to control it.
Works perfectly.
With all the versions of HAVA Monsoon mobile player I tryed to install, I did not suceed.
Becuase the screen resulotion of the HD is 480x800 i cannot see all the options so I cannot load my HAVA device settings.
On the screen I cannot see all the functions.
Here is HAVA Monsson link to the product:

Here attached a screen of my HD
Do you have a suggestion what to do?
Do you have a version of HAVA mobile player that works on HD?

I am having the same issue on the Xperia X1a
WinMobile 6 (640x480 Non Touch Screen/Smartphone)
This might help... try downloading the non touch screen/ smartphone version (640x480) Hava Mobile Player.
Sony Ericsson Xperia X1
WinMobile 6 (640x480 Non Touch Screen/Smartphone)
This might help... try downloading the non touch screen/ smartphone version (640x480) Hava Mobile Player. You can't set it up using the widescreen however.

This started working for Touch HD. Audio quality is bad and buttons are little small, but u can leave with it.
Perhaps this will help.
I installed Zoomer
I installed the Hava Non-touch screen version even though I have a HTC-HD2.
I then Linked Hava.exe inside the zoomer program.
Rebooted the phone.
Opened Havaplayer.
Used zoomer to zoom on the buttons.
Changed the settings to go to my hava player.
You can use zoomer to operate the remote control and then zoom back out to watch tv.
Has anyone got this to work by going over the edge or 3g network.
I can only play from a wifi connection.
Thanks
John
hi
is it possible to use an adapter to transfer the displayed content on a beamer, a tv or something else? I know that there exists usb-2-vga-adapters, but the question is: do they work and can you send f.e. movies or powerpoint-pres. to an external device?
thanks in advance
n
Search !!!
I searched for "vga", "tv", "vga-out" and so on - without success.
Of course, when you look for this topic in the entire board, there are a bunch of threads... but my question just is: Will this work on the Blackstone?
I found out, that the tv-out on the diamond pro only work with several apps, so i guess, it's not obvious that the available adapters will work on the blackstone.
anyway, thanks
There is no signal on the HD USB, so your only choice atm is to install the only currently available UPnP client for WinMobile, Conduit Pocket Player with UPnP plugin, on the HD, connect it over WiFi to Windows Media Player library on the desktop or a external NAS harddrive with a media server (I use Twonkymedia both on Vista and on the NAS instead because it is much faster with large libraries), and use a media extender like the Pinnacle ShowCenter 250 I use to get all your content from the HD (audio, video, photos) to your TV, stereo or home cinema.
ah, ok... thanks for the Info! I see that there is no way to watch media content directly over the USB-connector... I have to use a second system, a PC or Laptop.
Thanks a lot!
welll....yesterday my mate showed me his nice new phone
(some samsung with 8 mp camera) i thought it was ok untill he showed me sky sports news running on his mobile!
i was gobsmacked!

Yes it is possible to use your TD2 as a web cam you will need "mobiola webcamera 3.1.8" this program need to be install on pc and your mobile. I did check that, for me works perfect. About skype i don`t think you can use video calls on skype installed on your mobile.

Tinycam
Hi,
there is a small program called Tinycam. It will give you video but no audio. Just install and direct any browser to the IP number shown in the phone display. Only requires install on the phone.
Works great for me
