PC controlling software

Hi is there any free software out their that allows me to see my M1000 screen on my pc and to control it using my mouse etc.

VNC should meet all of your requirements..

it works using activesync dont matter if you sync using bluetooth or usb or wifi or serial or 2 cans with string between

Usually, I provide some kind of search result myself..
But I was in a bad mood, and busy playing Worms on my Himalaya..
So I only gave the simple solution..

But you guys got it wrong...
He wants to see his PPC screen on his PC! (Not the PC screen on the PPC with something like VNC...)
Microsoft Remote Display Control (google for it or search the MS site) is your friend, timb551.

Bluetooth remote control

Hi all my old sony ericsson k800i had a program that allowed me to remote control my windows and linux machines via bluetooth it worked great and no additional software needed to be installed i there a similr application for my polaris? thanks

I think theres a diamond app for controlling WMP, iTunes etc, also offers a virtual G-Mouse. Dunno if this could be ported to polaris ?

it works for qvga devices also

i just found some vnc software for my polaris witch not only lets me remote control my pc's but also lets me vew whats on the screen via my pocket pc sweet

care to share what it is??

yeah sure you need a vnc server on your windows machine most linux machines come with one and then you just need the viewer on your PDA the one i have had most luck with is

Is there an application that can make the Polaris a Bluetooth Remote-Control for the PC computer??? (NOT Remote Desktop which makes the computer displayed on the Polaris - i want the polaris only to function like a bluetooth Mouse and keyboard of the PC)

yes is called clicker but you need to install server software on your windows machine

I don't think there is such a thing for wm. My wife has a SE so I know what you mean - it is quite effective. It is a bluetooth profile not a piece of software. We don't have that profile unfortunately.

What was the last one, the one you said was a service, that streams from your PC?
And i assume Skype doesnt have any problems with WVGA?

Orb was the last one ... and skype has no problem in widescreen

He has a webcam at home and watches it from the road with his x1.

you can use it as both ... but I use it to view my home webcam with orb

I use the X1 to view my webcam thats on my pc via Orb, link posted above by buddylee

I really like it and you can use wm skins, of which there are some corkers. The reason I used it on my old athena though was that I could get all the buttons of the HTC remote working with it.
as the remote doesn't fit the x1 and tf3d works so well I haven't bothered with it.
Sound is fine from it, there's quite a lot of equalizer and boost options.

Is there an app that would allow me to syncronize files? For example I would create a folder on my computer and assigned it o sync with my WM phone, so older files (same file, different date) would get deleted either on my phone or computer and the new ones loaded. The point of doing this is, that I would have to drag my computer everywhere with me. X1 would suffice for small editing of office files and such. I know any serious work would still have to be done on my computer.

I want to use my mobile device (rhodium) to play / pause, windows media player (or powerdvd etc) on my pc.
I know some nokia's have a program, where the can control the mouse of a PC.
Does somebody know an app what i can use to control my computer?

I had the same program installed. One problem, after getting it to work, it wouldn't synch anymore via bluetooth. So then, I needed to reestablish bluetooth connection (new settings) when I want to sync
