porting RW6815 rom to HTC Alpine - Sable

I have found a HP RW6515 that have the same specification as HTC Alpine;
http://www.amazon.co.uk/iPAQ-rw6815-Personal-Messenger-Bluetooth/dp/tech-data/B000LBDMQM
The processor is from the same family, specification are almost the same except this one is "PXA272 416 MHz" and Alpine has "PXA272 512 MHz". HTC Alpine has windows 2003 SE. Would it be somehow possible to port this rom to HTC Alpine
I have also found the link for the Rom;

HTC PANDA / P6300 = Himalaya or Alpline?

I want to flash my htc panda with wm6 rom... but I don't know the rom that I can use!!!!!!
HTC Panda is compatible with Himalaya's Wm6 Rom or Alpline's?
...
For 99% is it incompatible, because Himalaya is using WM2003 as a standart system delivered with and fot this OS was Himalaya designed for. WM5/6 are completely different OS than 2003 and the possibility to port especially designed ROM for Himalaya will not work under completely different hardware of Panda.

HTC Touch Cruise memory problem after upgrade to official WM6.1

Hello to everybody!
I just upgraded my HTC Touch Find (the Touch Cruise sold by TIM) to Windows Mobile 6.1 with the official WM6.1 ROM downloaded from HTC website. Now my smartphone uses only 84MB of RAM (before was about 100MB) and the free RAM is only 45MB (before with WM6.0 was about 60MB).
Why now smartphone uses less RAM? what is the problem?
Many thanks!
bye,
Alessandro.

How to become an xda developer? and pimp my HTC Prophet aka O2 XDA neo

Hey peeps,
I am very new here. I have already read some posts of you, but I still don't know how to start.
I want to become an xda developer, who both develope Apps and OS like Android.
First of all I want to pimp my very old HTC Prophet aka O2 XDA Neo.
General Info:
ROM-Version: 5.2.19.48 WWE
ROM-Date: 7/10/06
Radio-Version: 02.69.21
Protokoll-Version: 4.1.13.30
ExtROM-Version: ShadoW 1.0 GER
Hardware:
CPU: OMAP850
Speed: 195 MHz
RAM-Size: 64 MB
Flash-Size: 128 MB
Flashchip-Typ: M-Systems
Databus: 16 Bits
Ext SD-Card: 2GB
OS:
Windows Mobile 6 Professional
Well I don't really know if a ROM-Update is necessary, in order to start with Android my HTC.
Where can I download the necessary Android Files for HTC Prophet (O2 XDA Neo)?
Maybe you will ask, why don't you buy another HTC? Well I got already another HTC but I want to test everything on my old HTC and I want to collect experiences during the developments.
I will be very glad, if you give me some tutorials.
Keep it up!
Well if I don't get any answer, then I should better delete my account here, or?
