Hi,
I downloaded the original X1 wallpaper + some X1 original content in the SE "fun & downloads" website. They are in the zip file attached, if anyone wants to resize them, or they can be used directly as wallpapers.
I suck at photoshop, I 've tried to remove the xperia logo to make a VGA wallpaper:

I do it on paint ;P
These are mine.
Copy *.jpg and *.png to \Windows, overwrite all files.
Copy DIAMIMG.nbh to \Internal Storage, then flash from Internal Storage (press BACK, VOL-DOWN, and RESET).
Warning: X1_SplashScreen.zip is for Diamond with HSPL patched ONLY!!!

Tnx but i want the one I have added as a link, only thats not a .RUU.exe file.
And i need the .RUU file to flash it
You can make an NBH with nbhtool. The rename it as HERMIMG.NBH, copy to your memory card and reboot in bootloader mode. It will flash the files and voila, new splash screens. Don't forget to back your stuff up beforehand.
Here's a little X1 icon I threw together for when you're viewing your device on your computer.

"lightbox_share": "Share",
"lightbox_zoom": "Zoom",
"lightbox_new_window": "New window",
"lightbox_toggle_sidebar": "Toggle sidebar"
}
You can download the icon here.
To have the icon show on your drive:
1) Copy the Icon.ico file to the root of your memory card.
2) Create an autorun.inf file, and add the following to the file:
Code:
[autorun]
label=Xperia X1
icon=Icon.ico
3) Hide the Icon.ico and autorun.inf files (not necessary to keep shown)
Note: This icon will only show in Disk Drive Transfer mode.
Thanks! I'll give it a go

Hello! Today i copied a folder from a friend's computer and i realized it had a custom icon that i liked, there were more folders customized the same way depending on the content. I asked him how he did that but he himself copied it from one of his friends. I looked online but what i found was not what i was looking for; i attached a screenshot, so please help me figure out how this was done.

Have a look in the folder for any .ico files (or png's)
Maybe the icon.ico file (the icon picture) in the destination folder will change the folder s icon to itself.
