I have a lots of .cab files with operator settings and would like to make a program so peple only ahve to install the program and then can choose model and operator. Anybody who can help me with that. I have the grafik and all, but only need someone to make it to a program.

Well , I myself do not know how to develop anything at all. I really wanna produce something but whenever people give me links to guides and all these stuff, ill never understand what to do. So this thread is to help those who do not know how to make their own theme / mod or even ROM, help them to know where to start off. So ,please if you are keen to teach us , please do! We'll be very grateful. Thanks!

need help about an android apps

erm..guys..im just a newbie here..but i urgent need someone that who can help me to decode this apps
or teach me edit or watever that i can replace my ip address to this apk..
