This is a ROM I made and I would like to share to you who don't mind to HR his devices.
Some info on this ROM:

EDIT: Alright, boys, I confirmed that both benchmarks give almost the same results. "Syrius R0" and this one seem to have identical capabilities.

Update: I've attached a .ZIP file with all that you need to test.
This package is released AS IS, only for testers. It has many bugs and some programs just won't start (like iGO8). It needs to be polished as the drivers are unfinished.

Boys and girls, I have good news for us, Polaris users. GfxBoost is working under Windows Mobile 6.5.

The next challenge:
As many of you know, Polaris has a software problem with the touch screen that makes the CPU usage goes wild everytime you tap it. This produces lots of problems when scrolling and when making touch gestures. The video can be perfect in terms of speed, but I we have a too busy CPU, it produces a bottleneck that ruins all the stuff.
@rogro82 made his way trying to modify the touch.dll (presumably, it's responsible of the touchscreen). But I think it is a work in progress that was never finished.
For this reason, I really would like that a smart mind would put some light into this issue. It's the last barrier to a fully unleashed device.

I've applied the patch that rogro82 released (Touched.cab) to soften the touchscreen response and it's even better

Hi GfxBoosts makes use of the 3D capabilities of MSM72XX (although it improves 2D). You have to be able to run 3D benchmarks like lights.exe. Unders Windows Mobile 6.5 I wasn't able to run it before. But thanks to fards, this changed. And now GfxBoost works like a charm.

Can you post the files for 3d acceleration? because without them we can't run (and see improvments) GFxboost with pcarvalho rom.

That is really good news. Already last ROM from pcarvalho I found extremely fast and responsive. I don't know if he cooked in gfxboost.

Great work guys, now all you need to do is cook them in and it`ll be amazing ... its so nice to see that work is back on track for the polaris ... i was just considering to change it for a Pre ... though i think i`ll delay the change, just to see what else you have behind the corner.

I think it won't change anything since the base driver is the same HTC-CA-Polaris-Driver.cab. Until there's no better driver, we will have suspend bug.

my inicial analisys...
well you toke the files that where replaced and placed them in again...thats why it works...but thats also why it crashes...nk was patched to use less memory (to get 101mb of ram)...so when it needs more and cant get it...what you get is a system crash...
why did you (or fards) use 3.13 and not the 3.19 ddi and disptools?
Edit: just found out why 3.13 instead of 3.19...will not boot even

Yes i noticed that ...Destinator 7 in demo mode running in the background and when i open the opera the system crash.( Just like game over)

i can't watch picture on my Sd card... appear and disappear...
need more investigations !

Im using in my artemis and every 5 seconds return to the first photo, I can´t change the folder of the pics.
Maybe need other version.

I checked on the O2 XDA IIS so perhaps it is the software for Motosuft A3100/3000 when installed on other PDA will take a lack of functions

This was made only for the moto surf a3000. will work for the a3100 but not fully. so other devices may not work for.

Can you change the target folder for the loaded pictures? I try to change the target folder from my Storage Card from the option menu but it didn't work.

Im wondering if anyone out there has been able to make the HTC Touch Diamond VR Hologram v2.02 program work smoothly on the TP2. I just got the phone, and this could piss of a bunch of iphone users if i show it off to them. heres a link and a video.

thats for VGA screens only, it hasnt been ported yet to WVGA, and just curious why would you want to piss off iphone users with an app like that, i would just show them the slide out keyboard, and the dual speakers but then again i think alot of you guys are really just envious of the iphone, cuz everyone trys to prove them that they got the better phone, by showing off an app or something ridiculous haha

we pity iphoners. its mostly the iphone users who try and show us how great their device it with groundbreaking applications like the fart app or applications that they don't even realize are available on many different platforms and you get to pop their little bubble. right after that i show them some apps for winmo that actually have a useful function in life and they scramble to their app store to see if the can get it and guess what?.......nope

Why don't you follow the instructions on getting it on an HTC Blackstone? The Rhodium is pretty much like a Blackstone with a keyboard...
The guy in that video in your link also says he has the Neo Driverpack3 on his phone for the performance.

False! That, sir, is an HD (blackstone). However, you are correct in that it is working on a WVGA screen.

IMO, i think its a pretty useless application ... maybe it is good to see the 3D performance of your device wither it can render it smoothly or not, .. but i would not go and tease others about having it just IMO

I was able to get this program running on my Tilt 2 using AthineOS 23518 and by putting the HTCAPI.DLL in the windows folder with Total Commander. It seems to have tearing issues. I assume the drivers mentioned in the instructions would correct this.
*EDIT*
I can confirm that the Neo v3 drivers have no effect on performance of this program on the Tilt 2. It holds an average of 25FPS, but has tearing issues.
I wouldn't go showing this off if you plan to impress anyone...

After installing the Neo DriverPack 3 and moving the the HTCApi .dll file into the installed program file, it works just fine, with minor tears which I think isn't much noticable, but all-in-all it actually works on my TP2.

winmo7 picture doesn't look high quality, but the android does indeed. you can see very good reflection on the screen and the android on the background is still perfect. either it is VERY HIGH QUALITY photoshop or fake

What has reflection or photoshop have to do with it..?
All you have to do is get a screenshot of desired OS then view as fullscreen photo on your HD2, then photograph

Take a screenshot of the internet or wherever of android or WP7 or OSX and then open it full screen with HTC Album. There you go. HD2 running whatever you want (or so it looks like it in the pics).

Ok sorry folks for fake images but I found a leaked winmo7series ROM and installed it on my Nokia 3310. Sorry i had to crop out background of the image so microsoft wouldn't find me that i'm putting images of the leaked ROM and sue me! so I just made it white.
About phone experience, in short, it was okey for early build. UI was fast, but sometimes was freezing when a lot of apps were in the background. It even managed to run 1080p 3D video without any lags, but the monochrome 84 x 48 pixels screen made watching 'Avatar 2 - Prologue' film a LITTLE worse, but still it is okey I think if you're gonna watch it when travelling. The best thing i liked was Xbox Live. I managed to play Modern Warfare 3 online using 4G network, minimum 27-30 fps, under the screen keys were actually very good for playing the game, especially sniping! don't ask, I won't leak the ROM
