is it possible to have the sidebar that the samsung omnia and the samsung tocco (F480i) to HTC Diamond? or is there something similar to that that exists?

Go to KAISER forum and ask SAKAJATI - he might know cause he is king of porting OMNIA stuff to KAISER.

well currently i'm working on localizing OMNIA sidebar, and i got its sources.
its written in flash lite (and kinda terribly written), but i believe porting is possible.
only drawback is the drawing speed - it won't be so fast (or even 3d enabled) as Manila.

Hi im trying to get aas much info as possible on the vincent 3d drivers that are found in the manilla 3d post.
My questions are what would be the pros and cons of installing these on the touch. Myself and a couple other people asked in the thread and we received no answer and made some people angry for asking.
I would not have made another post but i couldnt get an answer in that thread and searching got me no where any help would be great.

From everything it says in the main post is that it might work for you but it will be slow and you will get white patches where things should be.
There are no drivers that work 100% for the Touch. You will need to hope that someone will make them.
Thats where the confusion was in the other post im not aksing for useing manilla im just curious outside of manilla what benifit these drivers give us if any. Im actully quite happy with m2d and see no need for m3d other then the extra weather animations.

well i've looked around and waited a while before posting anything at all so I am asking if anyone is working on bringing the new Stock Tab/TF3D from the Touch HD to Polaris. I've seen a few ask around in the Diamond forum since they successfully ported it there but other then that nothing.
I am not a dev (trying to learn but will be a long time before i do anything worthwhile im sure) but i'll gladly donate as i have to some others or help in some way if i can.
This is my first post so pardon if i missed anything and also thanks to you guys for all your hard work

no because in his description it says he makes themes for the xperia in vga, and he is curious to see if they work on diamond devices...or im assuming vga devices in general

yeah my friend, i made some themes for xperia but it should be the same edited file of your device here.. thats why i need beta tester for my X1 (TF3D Rom) themes, to test it on diamond device.. so i can post it here too.

Won't work. Some things will be cut off such as selections and backgrounds and this is for TF3D not TF3D2. I haven't tried it yet, but knowing it's wvga, it'll be cut off a bit.

Haree, you have a point, i read your request too....but it was very general.....there's so much software compatible with this WM6.1 device, i don't think that differs very much from what's out there for the Gene.
Might as well have given you this answer though instead of just thinking it....
r u looking for any specific software? or did you find the things you needed already?

thanks for ur reply well as i was a gene user i spoke to some of my pals at the gene section and they said that all SW that works on gene does work on the jade so i have got what i needed as of now
but one small comment no offense but this is what i feel
i have been in this forum for around a year and i feel that in the gene section people are very very helpful and a lot of action happening their i mean in terms of SW ROM available u can get all u want for gene in the gene upgrading section(chek it u will understand) for gene
but here i really don't feel the same (so many have viewed this & only 2 people have come forward to help)
but then i just came here i need to make friends right
