I also finding answer for this.. i using Atom, recently only having this kind of problem.. some forum saying is because of the back up battery s gone. If your PDA s still under warranty, then i advice u go for the warranty, bcz i heard that they going to change the main board 4 u.. Regards.

same here.
u can use the software connecting with internet to renew your phone time when u remove battery and reset the phone.
Also,u can train youself to change batteries very fast.

Lol... I have this problem with my 4th BA, bought 2 weeks ago...

Pleas help me if u can... also, if u think this happens due to WM version, please - tell me which WM do u use & which is the best to use...

Yeah well, if you think about it, most batteries have lifetime between 2 - 2.5 years. I myself used my original BA battery for roughly 3 years, so it was good....
as with my new battery, I just got the one made in china, cost me only about 12 USD, hehehe... I live in indonesia FYI. Sorry cant help you if you live in Cro, but I guess ebay would be a good start
I have a china high power battery and it now dies on my a 45%, before it was around 20, moved up to 30 ect.
So its a battery thing as had a good your out of it New one will solve that.
Stange, coz I have on older one thet work like a charm!!! But is's broken and I can't use it anymore coz it keeps droping... I can only stick it with superatac
Thank u for ur help guys!

problem battery extended htc

help,
any solution for my extended battery (original htc mha 2300)?
does not work in android
I use this kernel, and it's worked fine for all the builds I've tried so far: http://www.xda-developers.com/forum/showthread.php?t=756513
I just bought the extended battery original HTC 2300 but when the charging LED alternating green and orange, I have to update something? Using an original ROM this problem does not exist.
Thanks
....fail
search is your friend. or even just looking through the first page of threads.....
there are 3 kernels that support official extended battery........
i dont know how many times i myself have answered your question sorodrigo. and each time you feel it necessary to create a NEW THREAD in the DEVELOPMENT section!!!!.....
i think you may just want to sell your HD2 and get something else.. like an iphone or some ****
EPIC FAIL

well first, take off your battery cover. and you will find this little hole with a button that says biov (if you dont see this, then you are doing it wrong) punch the biov button with a pen. then press the green button.
if your phone doesnt turn on then call your cell provider for a new phone.
;P
but seriously, tnx for moving the thread mods.

Anyone in the UK want a FREE faulty HD2?

Don't get too excited, as the screen is smashed and USB port on bottom of phone is missing, but yuh never know, someone might need some parts from inside.....
like vibrate, gps unit, battery cover, back side of case etc etc etc.
Reason being, I sold my working HD2 and bought a Desire HD and am taking delivery of it tommorow...got to be done, love the HD2, but I seem to be plagued with problems with the old.....it gets warm and freezes, gps it freezes etc etc.
Gagging for an Android native phone, and used my friends Desire HD the last week and it's AWESOME.
Sooo, still got my first HD2 which has been in draw for months, screen gone etc....know I can make a small bit of cash by selling it on Ebay, but would rather donate it to someone on here, as this forum been a home to me the last 12 months or so (lol)
anyway, let me know what parts yuh want off it and they are yours
Doubt any Devs want it, but if they do, they get first choice...as without them, I woulda been stuck in Windows mobile hell!!
Anyway, cheers Devs...much appreciated for all your hard work.
cheers
Matt
ps: There is no catch, FREE parts, FREE postage.
Wouldn't mind having the battery cover if no more takers, somehow managed to lose mine somewhere lol
Let me know. Thanks
I'll take it,also need a battery cover.

[Q] extended battery for HD2

This is the first time i'm asking for something so i'll be quick and direct .
This battery can be bought in my country for HD2 it's 1850MAh it's HINORX
http://www.kupindo.com/kupovina/Tel...NOG-KAPACITETA-HINORX-ZA-HTC-TELEFONE/9760241
and couple of friends bought it but for native androids, and they say it really does last longer up to 30%, so I want to know if it will work on HD2 because all kernels that i've seen have support for the official extended battery. Thanks in advance for help.

I wouldnt see why its not supported . as long as the kernel has the overcharge option in it . (like to prevent it from overcharging) also i would download a battery moniter program and see if its reading the new mA values
Hi, i will buy that battery for mu galaxy ace (1700mAh), hinorx battery is abaut 10 euros in serbia so il give it a try. Cheers
So did you buy it? Does it really have 30% more?

I feel your frustration but in the same time, it's funny to see you put a blame on the G2 instead of the custom ROM or even yourself. Seriously.
You said it was NORMAL, didn't you. It only happens after you "play" around with it. Don't you have anything in your mind such reverse back to stock?

First off, sorry you're having problems with your phone, but it might not be going into deep sleep. You could try BetterBatteryStats or CPUSpy to see if you could alleviate the problem. Good luck.

Did you say this? "it`s normal but i installed new firmware ... "
Did you say this? "buy those sh** phone and not bought nexus 5"
You buy a Rolex, rip it apart, put something else in, then it doesn't function well. You say the Rolex is a piece of junk?
You buy a BMW, rip it apart, add some mod. and it looses power. You claim the BMW is a shyt?
You buy a MAC, put Windows OS in, ehhhhhhhhh. The MAC sucks????
Use some thinking before doing anything to your device.
As for your case, I advice you
1. Call your provider or LG, tell them that the G2 sucks 'cuz you flash new firmware and it wouldn't work the way you expect. Demand their apology. See what they tell you.
2. Throw away your LG, and buy the Nexus 5 and be happy with it.
Mike already gave you some suggestion, I hope others will too.

OK you,

1. "Did you say this? "buy those sh** phone and not bought nexus 5"" <-- Yes i said like it
2. "Did you say this? "it`s normal but i installed new firmware ... "" <-- no i said that "ye while root it`s normal" and reseted firmware for unroot
and you think that i`m always like that way? noo man u are totally wrong... i installed new firmware cuz of those battery drain and root (actually same version as i had but just re flashed, but u can think its new firmware)
ohmm Nexus 5 is by LG by the way xD xD
oh and about carrier contact xD i bought from reseller in my country so...
idk what u mean in suggestion for Mike but at last he helped me, he suggested a apps that can help me he`s not like u. Oh ye and i actually was (and im now) nervious cuz it? why not? its a simple problem? nooo
and last thing: i`m not going to "fight" with u in my thread so its my last words, if u have to tell something more to me. PM me

No one fights with you.
I just take a little time to educate you a bit so next time, instead of say "this one sucks and should have bought the others", just saying "i have done some stupid things and now it won't work, please help" or "what's wrong with my device since it drains so much, can someone please give me some advice".
That will make your life better, not only in this sub-forum of G2 but every other aspect in life. Nobody wants to hear you put a blame on something that wasn't there in the beginning.
Have you ever searched and see how many people get great battery life on stock ROM?
Have you ever wonder why only a few come to your thread and help?
Anyway, that was just my advice to you, take it or leave it.
Kids who blame the device because they can't use it.
Sent from my LG-D802 using XDA Premium 4 mobile app
if you wanna keep everything the same as before, you shouldn't flash any customized roms, only the stock rom is the most stable one.
