I there guys,
I've tryed to update the P4350 with the PDAVIET ROM WM6.0, but when he was copying the rom to the device, the connection was broken (dont know how..) and now, he dosent boot past the IPL | SPL | GSM screen
got this versions:
IPL 5.04.0001
SPL 5.04.0000
GSM 02.79.90
Anyone got any idea how to solve this?

Which is your official ROM ? WWE? DAN? RUS? GER? Other means you have to wait for WM6 update from HTC...
I think you just upgrade your device with the official ROM, it will be unbriked!
i had EXACTLY the same problem you're having. Apparently there is no fix for this issue. In fact I had to send it back for repair and got it after 3 weeks.
What Language version did you have? check out the WIKI for your language RUU (if there) if it's not, wait for the official update from HTC, or send it to repair centre!

Download the newest HTC WWE rom 5.4.405.1. Start the phone in bootloader (hold camera+tap soft reset). Phone should say USB on bottom-left, all that's left to do is execute RUU and should be back to normal.

...and the ASerg way is ??? I also "bricked" my unbranded 4350 with the PV rom, and is now trying to unbrick it ... if anyone has information on how to restore my device, I would be immensely greateful.
So, I decided to try out the WM6 PV rom image. The installation seemed to work, except for a single error, "ERROR: ITWriteDisk - The drive cannot find the sector requested.". Others have had the same problem with the Herald and PV rom. After a hard reset, it halts with the IPL, SPL and GSM version numbers. No OS version number is shown.

ps. I did run the RUU with the "official" rom with the device in USB mode. RUU faileds with "Invalid Vender Id" (yes, speling error correctly cited).
Hi, this will be my first ROM upgrade on my 9 months-old simfree, French HTC P3300...
Versions are :
IPL 1.12.0001
SPL 1.12.0000
GSM 02.67.90
OS 1.12.0.0
I got little problem with the GSM : EDGE and GPRS sometimes lost, sometimes bad communication quality...
So what do you suggest me : just upgrade the radio or all the ROM ?

you can just update the radio you have GSM 02.67.90 and 02.95.90 is on the forum so read it carefull how to and upgrade --> linkie
