best regards,

I know it´s in bepes Rom, but flashing just for a new jbed seems to me a little exaggerated

I'm also searching these, if anyone can help...

great, now we are two

Are you sure this version change something ?
That would be great to have bigger fonts on the diamond with opera mini...
Ciao
Fred

I'm also searching these!

I have tried several versions of JBED and none of them will make OPERA MINI letters and buttons big enough to use... My humble opinion.
We need a totally new version that is made for VGA from the beginning.
And it could be super as JBED in my opinion is the best Jave engine..

Nice! Works very nicely on my omnia. No probs whatsoever. Great job!
Oh yeah, fast it is. I don't know why Opera doesn't add tabs or atleast an OPTION of tabs to Opera Mini. I would throw Opera Mobile out of the door it that happens. With opera mobile, if I'm online(on Palringo) and listening to music(PP), browsing is a mess, but with mini, its no-lag smoothness.
Thanks,
Akshay
Hi very nice!!!!!!!!!

Does somebody have a version of google maps with streetview 2.3.2 on java that is signed. I could try to make a cab with it too.

Yup
There´s a thread in Diamondish forum regarding how to change font size of this JBED version, so you can get it looking good on a VGA device.
"trueg"
The following registry settings control the font sizes for apps running in JBed.
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Apps\Esmertec Java\Device Info\Java Font]
"Size Large"="26"
"Size Medium"="20"
"Size Small"="16"
------------> Mine are 36, 32 and 26
It rocks..
Google on the fist post
google street says the jar file is corrupt
any ideas?

Just installed and man is it fast!! Don't really like the medium font (too big) and the small is just a little too small. I tried to do the reg edit in the previous post to adjust it and after looking in the Esmertec Java directory I found no directory called "Device Info" or "Java Font".
Help.
I'm using a PPC-6800 with WM6.1
Having the same issue as Rechard. Installed the pack and it works perfectly, except the small font is a smidge too tiny and the medium is way too big. I, too, was missing the registry key mentioned. I tried adding it, but it had no effect.
Same device, PPC 6800 WM6.1.

Sorry guys, I don't know how to fix that problem. maybe you have to create the registry and wait a few second then reset. But I will take a look into it.
UPDATE: New google link on first post. just remove .zip
Tried the .zip again but that didn't work.
Did some searching and found this.

Thanks dude. Exactly what I was hoping for.

wats the best 3d touch flo for X!1??

well
i tried many " cab " , but all of them had some problems
so is there any which work perfectly???
I tried a couple of .cab installs of TF3D but had similar frustrating problems. So I bit the bullet and installed Jack's v1.06 ROM [ http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=445818 ] and it's incredible. Very fast, stable and looks great.
I think it's the only way to get this properly working on the X1 for now.
What is the difference between it and the standard rom? The stuff it adds are available from apps

If you read the first post in the thread, you'll see what the difference is
So if i dont really need the extra memory freed up by the removed portions, the rom is as good as generic?
mmmm
thanx for this help
but actually i was only looking for adding it like a software
more than changing my rom..
so i think i have to wait bit more , maybe one can do it
Touch-IT TF3D works quite well for me. better than the FullHDManila cab...don't asky why.

Opera Mini on HD - font size problem

As every OperaMini's user know, on HD there's a problem with the fontsize of the browser.
The high resolution of HD's screen lets the font appear too small in non-optimized application (like OperaMini), even if the ExtraLarge-Mode is set.
Is there the possibility of making the fontsize of apps running on the JBed Virtual Machine appears larger?
Someone told me that in Touch PRO there are some registry values to change in the JBed Esmertec registry folder, but I don't find the same keys on HD.
Every help is welcome.

It work for me.
Thank you for the quick answer.

I suppose you're italian, so you can try the ROM by Luca Picci of telefonino.net.
He has installed this version of JBed so the update of the JVM is not necessary.
But according to me is better to install a WWE ROM and proceed to the update of JVM by yourself.
Works purfect on my HD,
But uninstall opera mini first...
Also anybody no where i can find a signed version of opera mini 4.2?
I am using opera 4.2 for the ppc6800 Mogul from here http://www.opera.com/mini/download/htc/
I read somewhere on xda dev that this is the only one that works properly on the HD.
Please correct me if im wrong.
Thanks.....
One other Question:
How can i make Opera Mini 4.2 launch when i click on Launch Browser from TouchFLO 3D??

Even if I'm not sure of this, I think that is not possible to launch directly Opera Mini 'cause it works only in the JVM (in this case JBed).
In other words, Java Apps are not "standalone" but need the JVM to run.
no keyboard
why wont the keyboard come up when i want to enter address?
The keyboard seems to appear, no problem in this case.

I have been reading and reading, looking for an answer to the following question (several others have asked this question in other threads, but no-one ever answers):
- Do I have to uninstall the currently installed JBED prior to installing a new version of JBED?
- If so, how can I uninstall, when there it was placed into the cooked ROM, and cant use settings/remove programs to uninstall it?

Well then I'd hate to say this but the QVGA cab does not work on my HTC Touch running stock Sprint 6.1 ROM. Says "Unable to install Opera Mobile 9.5. The device does not have a valid ROM version.". I checked the cab and it's not limiting to specific platforms and I've had this error before on another Opera cab and removing the Setup DLL from the cab fixed it. I'll try that and let you know. Thanks.
same problem on my Sprint HTC Touch for the QVGA, running NFSFAN's rom and can't install.
Removing the Setup DLL from the cab fixes it.
ooppppssss hold on i will fix that
ok it is fixed and reuploaded now
installs now, thanks. seems pretty speedy!
Hi, some question:
We can use flash in this build??
Do you gonna release Sd version for the app (for qvga version)?
Thanks

Does this also include all the other Raphael devices like the unbranded Touch Pro or an Xda Pro or is this really a Fuze-only build to be used on AT&T's network?
anybody know the changes?
sorry that i'm asking, but i was looking for a changelog everywhere, no luck.

the one labeled - qvga - is any qvga device.
Ok, thats what I figured, it might be preconfigured (guess proxy settings and stuff) specificly for the Fuze and not any Raphael. Thanks for the answer, will try the build. I'm on 15202 now and it works really well on a Touch Pro, massively better than the 15529 or so, it's got zoom and renders really quickly.
Is there any consensus on whether 15202 is the most reliable/effective Opera build thus far?
I will tell you which one works better for me, this one or the 15202 once I managed to get this on my mobile. I'm currently fighting with Netbook-Touch Pro-connectivity related problems and I'm too lazy to get out of bed to try the whole thing upstairs with my Notebook...

Cant agree, lucian777. For me 15202 is better, mainly because
Nicer loading screen
Adaptive Zoom settings are right after install, no manual tinkering
15202 got the bottom left zoom slider
cant make out any speed differences so far
So no advantages but no real drawbacks either, so I stay with 15202 on my Touch Pro.
Edit: Big drawback, this 15445 isnt uninstallable!
Edit 2: And no other Opera will install ontop of it, tells me installation failed... gotta love those hardresets... *grmpf*
