I hope this is not a repost.
I've just bought the Diamond and I absolutely love it... I'm still a noobie with such phone and am learning to use it! it's a bit slow and I'm hoping you can tell me which program to download so I can make it that much faster.
The other problem I have is that every few minutes I try to make a call and the operator msg comes on and says that I do not have enough credits to make the call (I'm currently with Etisalat in Dubai). My phone is full on credits and as soon as I switch off the phone and on again I can make the call. This problem didn't start when I first bought the phone it started a few days ago...
Any suggestions guys? Thanks for your help... much appreciated

Please help, I recently bought the O2 XDA Flame. I had been using the device for a couple of months. As time went on the speed of the phone has deteriorated. At first i thought it was nothing, so i would restart the phone. But then came another issue, after the restart the device would take even longer respond to any command. It would just hang during phone calls also would have isseu with opening the contact etc. I even tried to Hard reset the darn thing but it would not work and would just keep hanging on me.
Please if anyone has any information it would be helpful!!!

sounds like it could be HW issue or SW as well. if it's still covered by wty better send it to SC. we don't want to void the wty right? hehehe if WMG has ROM upgrade you may want to try and upgrade it and see if problem still persist

Just wondering if someone can help me out or point me in the right direction. Ive serached and got overwhelmed by the number of hits without solution.
Ive just purchased the HD and installed S2U2 and the rest (exactly like i used to have on my Kaiser (TyTynII). Ive noticed that the first phone call i recieve after a soft reset, cant be answered. There is no slider to answer...just to unlock...and when i unlock..even though the phone still rings, there is no answer button....just talk button as if i havent recieved a call yet.......very weird....
Can anyone tell me whats wrong or point me to a thread?

Hi, i bought an used exec from ebay and received it right now (the seller sayed it was 100% functional) but it have some issues and i want to know if these issues can be easily fixed, if they are sofware or hardware problem... and... HOW TO FIX THEM .
So... here is:
1.: The phone doens't make any sound, (any speakers works, even when i put a headset it doesnt work). But, when i'm in a call EVERYTHING WORK, i can hear like a normal call, or with speaker normally.
2.: Some times when i turn on the phone it shut down after the "windows mobile" screen or it quikshow the today screen and shut down. So i wait and.. it turns on normally ...and some time after it shows the same issue again.
Please please, help me, i don't know what to do .
Ow, wich button should i press for TURN OFF the phone, not to hibernate...

Thanks but i updated to a new Rom 2 times and the issue is still there and i don't have warranty anymore, the cell phone is used. Please someone help

After all the waiting my phone came back with working signal.
But after receving one misscall or one call my phone freezes and i cant call anyone anymore, so i turn it of then turn it back on the phone doesnt work anymore!till after 2 hours of removing the battary, the phone shows the sony ericsson and enters, but i get an error saying: " sorry processer system is not responding. " so i have to remove the battary and wait at lest 5or6 hours so i can turn the phone on again but the same problem happens over and over is there anyone who knws how to solve such a problem?
i feel my phone got a viruse of some kind that is effecting my processer so is there a way i can completle remove the system from the phone and reinstalle it ill try to root my phone and see if that may help me in any kind but i really need help on this thank you all for you help and time for reading this...

Have you tried re-flashing via SEUS?
i have tried it like 20times the phone only turns on with a black screen that is lit with nothing on it and freezes... the phone only turns on after 2 hours as i said and gives me the error, and after 5or 6 hours turns on but if i get an miss call or call the phone starts to lag and freeze and not respond right...
all the simple first things i tried i want an extream make over for my phone so that it works....
to make it more clear the phone after one month of use this happend flashed it on seue the phone worked but with no signal in it so took it and got it fixed so now the signal is great but the phones softwear is not booting up in any way only after removing the battary for a long time so i need a complete system restor or i need to see if its a processer or just go back to my lame x Sony ericsson X1 and be one sad sony custmer. so please i need this help.....again im very thankfull
Or you could bring it in for a replacement...
ya how will they replace it?if no warrenty im willing to pay an amount but not the price of a new phone if so i go buy a diffrenet one!!!!
hi all,i have the android running on my hd2 very good much better than windows,but my problem is i keep getting the robot voice when trying too ring out,i'm completely new too all this so please be kind,i keep on resetting the phone sometimes she works but most of the time she don't,i'm know starting too lose patience with her if i cant get her too work soon she is going up against a wall and i know which 1 ill win,i have a very basic understanding how it works,but getting it to work would be something,i dont want too get rid as its the best phone ive ever had so pleeease help,kind regards jason,may have posted this in the wrong place please excuse my ignorance
what rom did you installed? i suggest you to install one of the latest roms you can find and then you will have not this problem again, try Coredroid hd 1.4, and install it according the detailed instructions you will find inside the zip,i hope i helped you
as one guy said-try to when calling press loudspeeker,then end call,and then call again. Hope it works..

it's a pretty common solution, seems to fix something in the way the radio communicates with the phone drivers.
It will work where you turn on loudspeaker on then off or go in to settings and turn off touch audible tones.
