well i dont use the mobile aspect of my xda2 anymore so i want to get a dedicated pda.
i like the look of the e800/e805 and was wondering if anyone here wants to swap theirs for my xda2 *or knows anyone who would*

Get Trinity in London - need help!

Hi guys! I am from Rissia, currently use T mobile mda compact. I`ve been dreaming about p3600 for quite while, but it seems to me that i will not be able to get it over here for quite long time.
Anyway, a friend of mine will be in London for few days to attend a chelsey/manchester united football game. He can buy a phone for me, but without any hussle. He will be living in Hilton London Kensington (179-199 Holland Park Avenue) can anyone advize if he can buy Trinity somewhere near that plase, or recommend a trustworthy internet shop that would deliver it to him on time?

He just needs to take the tube and go to Tottenham Court Road, where there are at least 10 shops selling the P3600. I bought it there last Saturday. And don't forget to tell him that he must be prepared for hard negotiation otherwise he will end up paying 550 pounds which is much much more than he should.

Yes tube is the subway. Nearest stop is Tottenham Court Road (easy!). Lots of shops on both sides of the street in Tottenham Court Road near Oxford Street intersection. He can have it for 450.

Yes they are open on Sundays (only a few hours though - I think 12 to 5pm). If you pay by credit card they will probably give you a higher price.
Have you considered buying online and having it shipped to you? The cheapest price I can see at the moment is at www.easydevices.co.uk
This is if you want the english version. Otherwise you will find it at cheaper prices in other european countries (check www.expansys.com ).

I don't know what price you can get when paying by credit card. Regarding VAT: definitely it is not charged if goods are shipped outside the EU.

What condition are they in? What colors, white, black? What about the ROM? Is it English or something else?

Brand new,never opened. White with english ROM.

For Sale : Brand new unused XDA Exec

Hi all
I have just received a brand new o2 XDA Exec today (insurance replacement) and do not need it as I have now replaced my xda with something else so before I go down the ebay route with stupidly high ebay fees, scammers etc I thought I would offer people here the chance to buy it.
All I have done since getting it at lunchtime is charge the battery fully, checked it is unlocked with 2 different UK sim cards (it is!) and left everything else in their respective wrappers.
So if anyone is interested in a brand new Xda Exec which is open to all networks worldwide please feel free to PM me or reply to this thread.

It is BRAND NEW and they are still £500 or more new (if you can get hold of one!) so make me an offer and we can take it from there...
Another guy on here is selling a used one with a GSM / 3G fault for £195 btw so something above that would be a good place to start. I can also throw in a 1GB sd card if you need it too but I imagine you already have everything if yours has only just broke!
I am in Newcastle Upon Tyne btw and can PM you my ebay id etc so you can see I am genuine.

Mine Dopod900/Universal has just died.
195/200 pound or about SGD600 for a Universal is really a steal. I would be glad to have it.
I bought it at 3 times the price here in Singapore when it was out 2 years back. It is selling in Singapore about SGD100 more than the rest of the world when it was launched here just to have a local warranty, which gives me a lot of problem.
But, although yours has a warranty, in case of problem some months down the road, it would be a big problem for repair sending back to UK.

I hadn't thought about sending it overseas due to all the scams etc but if someone wants me to send it overseas then I will find out how much the postage is.

I have PM'd people who are interested and think I can send the xda exec via UPS or similar internationally ok.
If the buyer is UK based the xda will be sent via Royal Mail special delivery which includes insurance and gets to you next working day by 1pm.
I have sent my ebay id to those interested so you can check my details etc but please note no matter whether you are a UK or international buyer the money will need to clear my end BEFORE I send the xda as there are too many scammers out there.
MODS: Shall I supply my details to you for extra buyer protection? Not noticed how people usually sell on here...

It's not faulty, it's ADVANCEEED!
It will work as a phone in U.K with many carriers, but only through UMTS (3G)

I got mine from http://www.plemix.com/. It has the best price. It's English right outta the box and It has the setting for AT&T and T-mobile. Works perfectly on EDGE (not 3G).

i purchased mine from Clove Technology at www.clove.uk.com (in the UK) for $678.00 shipped. It was shipped using FedEx International Priority (2nd day) delivery.

What difference writing the FCC ID will do?

if the FCC ID in not written the usa customs will not relase the device untill you provide them the FCC ID
which will take more time

Just got my confirmation shipped email from GOOGLE checkout. I couldn't email or fax HANDTEC copies of my bill, for proof that it is actually me that ordered but found another means of showing proof it was me. Hopefully by the end of the week, i will FINALLY have the BLACKSTONE in my hands.....now i just need to find someone who will buy my TOUCH PRO (shameless plug for trying to sell my week and a half old TOUCH PRO with the snap-on case...anyone interested PM me lol)
