Hi all, I'm new on this forum and user of HTC Touch Diamond since 1 month.
I rencently find some good wallpapers for my home tab.
My problem is the following : many of the themes are in bright/light colors and the text color for calendar in TF3D is gray. So, it's fully unreadable.
Is it possible to change that text color and maybe the other text colors of TF3D by using registry or applications. Don't know if TF3D Config make this ....

I found this freeware and originally downloaded it just to get black title bars on themes that came with grey ones. But, it turns out that you can use it to tweak virtually all colour settings on your device.

If you've never seen it and like changing theme and system colours, i reckon this piece of free kit is worth your investigating. (Alternatively, flash a Manila 2D ROM and use mpenguin's M2DC customiser!)

Hey folks - BIG THANKS. IUtweaker is exactly what I needed for my minimalist theme.
I was able to change the softkey background very easily with this to white.

I downloaded this app a few days ago and it works really nicely.
One question though is how do I change the background color of my phone contacts and emails?
Somehow I changed the color from white to a grey and white horizontal stripe background. I want to change it back to white.
Hard to figure out what all the descriptions are.
In syscolorchange, I changed "selected item color" which is when I choose a contact or email , the background is blue which is fine.
I want to change the color of the items I don't select.
I don't know what the unselected items are called.

Is there an app, cab or regristy edit that I can use to make my text color on my today screen to black or blue? id like to change my wallpaper to the white diamond background but can't see my messages or calls icons.
you can use tweaks2k2 software to change your font color, hope that will be useful for you.
Try RC Mod for text & more...it's mem light & easy to use. There are cabs all over the forum...

On the home page of the background is white .. As in: persons, messages, correspondence.... (To all units of the Touch Flo)
How can i change this white background and put another color?
When i change the theme (Start, Settings, Today) colors above and below the display changes (depending on the themes) while the average white remain.
When you disable the Touch flo (Start, Settings, Today, Elements) the theme looks ok but I do not have the scrollbar (the Touch Flo).
Is there a solution to my problem or is it something so simple that I have discover yet.
Sorry if you bore but anyone I've asked i didn't take any answers.

Hi there, I think I will need a couple of screen shots, and will need to know what themes exactly plus what other manila modifications if any you have installed. Or maybe it's just a question of sliding along to your settings tab and selecting a new home wallpaper from there.

The problem is when i slide along to the settings tab the color backrounds is white and doesn't change whatever i do.
I change wallpapers..nothing, I change theme...nothing, the white still remains.
How can i rid of this white..

I'd like to thank you for your time and to say that I have a solution to my problem and that thanks to you.
I didn't work enough on the Diamond TF3D Config and now the white backround is history
I have searched high and low for a way to change the font colour on my TF3D2 home screen.
My background is a light colour and the font is white, making it difficult to see calendar events. I would like to make the font dark blue or black.
Some of the "Black Font" cabs have caused problems, but this is probably because there are for TF3D not TF3D2.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I've searched about and found most of them, but i still need the following....
- settings tab
- calendar tab
- home tab alarm time

font colour change on people screen in voda tp2 std customisation
hi,
just got a touch pro 2 on vodafone uk and have a problem with their customisation :
on the people screen when you run your finger down the small people icons on the right hand side all you see is a black box which masks the persons name - obviously a quick and dirty customisation by vodafone just reversing the colours of text and background without working through the implications on menus properly. (see attached pic)
as i quite like the vodafone colourscheme bar this does anyone know of a quick hack to change the colour of the persons name to say white JUST in this box (otherwise it will disappear in to white backgrounds elsewhere)

Would you please share your findings? I'm in the middle of working on a light-color theme and I've had no luck in finding out the manila files that relate to the font color for all tabs.

The files i found are listed above.
As far as sorting it....
I ditched the vodafone uk rom and went with a custom rom, which had white text (vodafone rom's default is black text).
All i wanted was to change the text to white, so it served my purpose.
I probably should have been a bit clearer about that when i said i had sorted it.

do a search on either the diamond or blackstone sections (can't remember which it's on) for "blackfont.cab" and you'll find one.
Then I looked and found nothing for Manila 2.1. Thank you.
