I found the explaination
"Click on an icon on the title bar, e.g. the battery or volume icon.
Then use the tweak "NoEnlargeTitleBar" and after soft reset click again on those icons.
Then you will see the difference."
but i still can't find the difference, could anyone post screenshot?
sorry for the stupid question.
no one knows?
Do you mean the system status screen? You can disable this in the Touchflo settings.

Sorry, but I assume it is faster to experience yourself the difference than someone posting screenshots which needs more time.
Is it so heavy to make a test? If you mark this, you will have always a info-bubble, if you tap on an element in the taskbar. Like the earlier versions of wm.
what they kindly say is that, if the NoEnlargeTitleBar is set to ticked, then when you tap the battery icon, the watch, the signal icon, the 3g icon on the status tab (the upper part of the screen) then the information will pop up with a white baloon.
if you have the option enabled it will lead you into a larger screen with all the icons so as to choose more accurately

Hi,
Can anyone tell me how to disable the app that pops up when you touch one of the icons at the top of the screen (such as the network signal icon etc) with a magnified view. I want to just click on the icon at the top and have it open rather than the finger friendly version, there seem to be some notifications that dont show on the finger friendly magnified jobby that you cant access.
Hope my question makes sense!!

Brilliant, thanks, sometimes I just try things that are too complicated, Thanks very much for your help!!
Is there any way to put shortcut to Settings-System-Power to your program page? I keep changing backlight, and every time I have to go through a bunch of clicks.
Thanks
if you tap on the top status bar then click on the battery icon.. it will take you to the battery status and the next tab there is the backlight one... close enough for you?

The problem is that some applications (like IGO) remove that top status bar. Also, it is not available while charging (like in a car cradle).
Hi just like to know how to change the lock screen wallpaper and is there any way to have both battery and time indications on the taskbar, it seems just one or the other...thanks!

if it is the stock lock screen (6.5), then yes for sure (don't have 6.5.x so can't say, but assume so). if it is cookies lockscreen...not yet.
settings > personalize > lock screen wallpaper

yes...there are many options floating around.
some can be found in this sticky thread or i like this one.
cheers.
To change lockscreen wallpaper:
1) At the Home/Today screen, click on Start (top left hand corner)
2) Click on Settings icon
3) Click on Personalize bar
4) Click on "Lock screen wallpaper" option. Follow prompts from there.
For clock and battery display in the taskbar, I am using BattClock

Thanks so much installed BattClock and looks like working fine.
Is there a way to remove the lock screen?
Is there a way to remove the lock screen? I hate doing the little slide thing. This is my first phone that has one and it looks cool and all but I have never, ever turned a phone on by accident. I'd rather it was like my old HTC and I could just hit the power button.
go to: HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Shell\Lockscreen and look for "Enable" and set it's dword to 0
Ok so I tried to customized my home screen and so I have hidden the status bar cause 1) It's ugly, 2) I have battery status and signal strength on the home screen.
And then I realised that's some information were missing... So here come my idea, I'm gathering informations to make a "cal widget style" home screen notification widget.
That seem a good idea to me to display the usual notification directly in a widget but it doesn't seem easy to make at all.
If you have any advice, piece of code, warning or cute girl don't hesitate...
PS: sorry for the mistakes => french dude inside ^^
In passing
I see this post maybe outdated? Im looking for a widget that will pull down the notification bar. From a tap on the set widget. Is there such an app...ANYBODY.

not 100% what you're looking for, but if you happen to use CM-based ROM, there's quite good solution here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1031607
Without using any app.
Is there a native way to accomplish this mod, seem to remember this being fairly common in the days before xposed etc. While I have gotten the percent to show, it appears next to the batt icon.
I am not looking for apps or ways of accomplishing this via things from the play store, so please do not suggest them.
EDIT: to be clear i am not looking for the current way OOS places the percent in the statusbar. I am looking for a way to have the percent WITHIN the battery icon.
I have figured it out using Minit as suggested in this thread, but looking for a cleaner way since Minit is not as nice as the stock icons + only skins after boot completes.
Only way i know of in OOS is with 3minit battery mod
Settings > Status Bar > "Show Battery Percentage"?

Was also looking for it, but there is no stock option that would achieve that (I am aware of).

He wants to have the battery percentage inside the battery icon. Your solution just puts it next to the icon.

That is correct, I have percent enabled right now, but its such a waste of real estate in the statusbar.

I will look into 3minit, have you been successful in getting this running on your OP5?
Wow, that was pretty easy... Got 3minit running well. Some small padding issues in the statusbar... anyone know what may be causing. It appears the stock OOS battery icons didnt hide/change to 0.0dip, I hid them with the stock functionality.
Issue is the 3minit battery icon is a little too close to the clock....
thoughts?
Here is s a screenshot of how it currently looks, would like some advice how to fix that slight padding issue next to the clock

I have an OP3 but sucessfull used it, yes. Its working on all devices afaik. You just need to do some editing in your OPSystemUI.apk. everything else is explained in the main 3minit thread. If you need help editing the xml file the correct way, you can pm me, i still have example xml from OP3, should be the same as OP5.
Edit: nevermind, you already got it working. The icon being too close to the clock is something i also noticed. You cant change that, except trying out other icons.
You can just switch off the battery icon and display text only, I never understood the icon anyway, not accurate at all.

I like the icon + text. Would actually be fine with just text, but dont want the '%' label...
hmm, wonder where that info is stored
