As mentioned above I'm looking for a program making my menu bars white.
This might not be that easy like making it black because you've got to change the color of icons like the battery.
Does anybody know if there is a solution for my "problem"?
I'm not speaking about visbar or such things. Just changing the colors is what i want to do.
It could be helpful if someone knows the one who has written the "glossy black bars"-CAB I added below.
Thnx 4 your help

Does anyone know of a way to change the colour of the titlebar icons (speaker, signal strength, clock etc.)? I would like to be able to use a white titlebar background colour, but to do this I would need to change the icon colours to black (or something else dark).
I've looked around all over the place and the only help I can find is how to change the 'Start' text colour, not the icons.
Any help would be appreciated.
I don't think it can be done. I had the same idea and spent quite a while trying to figure it out, registry and themes, but I've never seen anything that would do it.
Please drop me a line if you figure it out!
I think most people would just use WISBar to achieve the same effect.

I was afraid that was going to be the answer
I have been using WisBar with an OS X theme and it looks really good but appears to slow everything down a bit. Oh well, at least I know to stop looking.
Cheers.
hey everyone.
I notice on a few of the posts, showing screen caps, a lot of people have differnt colored bars (top and bottom) on the wizard.
I am currently limited to the blue and red and a few other colors that have been themes included with software.
How can i change this to a gray or something similar?
I saw a post regaurding a registry edit...need to find that again, is that the only way?
thanks.
Search for BaseHue. ZeBoxx has substantial posts on the subject in the wiki.
I have a simple app on my website called VJBaseHue that'll help you out.

Anyone know where I can find a black theme?
http://wmthemes.sandsusa.com/images/BlackBlue.JPG
Basically like that but with black instead of blue. I had one when I had my 8125 but I've been out of the WM scene for a little bit, and I lost the link. Thanks alot!

as always i don't take credit for these items. I found it on xda somewhere
search for RC Mod on the forums...you can then change the top and bottom bars to your liking...
This is one of my favorite black themes because it's actually readable in all views... looks great on WM6 too. I have this one on my black VZW Apache:

And this one on my silver Sprint Titan:

Ok.. we all know how to change the color of the glossy bars on top and bottom.
Is it possible to change the color to white? I didnt find something only about changing to all the colors of the rainbow, but not white.
thx for help
its really not possible unless you change the battery graphics and stuff because they are all white...

mmhh.. yes i know that. but just basically, is it possible to change the color by - for example - another dword entry in the registry's basehue.
i know you can change it to silver or something..
I don't know what values are changed, but the installer name is "base hue fix". If you don't find it, you could always create a theme with the white bars. Spb has a free theme generator.
And this is kind of off topic but it has to do with theming, how do i get the 6.1 themes with the matte taskbar and the glossy bottom bars?

xml. actualy, there is a .provxml that changes the top bar to green for 6.1 I am trying to figure out how to change the color of that to black instead of green. I would use the ,provxml from diamond, however that also changes the bottom bar, and some of my programs rely on the botom bar (where the softkeys are) to remain uncovered. anybody?
I'm already using the red and black theme but I'd like to make the top and bottom bars glossy like found here http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=366521
Is there anyway this can be done without having to use their version of the theme? I still like having the red highlights when I click on things so I'd rather not switch to a new .tsk file that will revert to a different color highlight. Thank you.
Try this, this might help.
