What does this mean?

i see it when the phone starts up?

That's just version information. Mine did that when I unlocked it. After I flashed it, however, it stopped showing.

S200 dead....

I have one S200 in power on freeze on QTEK SCREEN:
IPL 2.09
SPL 2.20.000
GSM 02.47.21
OS 4.0.0.0
I have make hard reset but nothing!!!!!
Any one cant help me to fix it.
