You need ActiveSync to connect it with your PC. To get ActiveSync search at microsoft.

but I don´t know if it will work, when right now I have old 2003 distribution.
Second problem, I dont know how can I put WM6.1_v.1.6_Feeler.bin in phone, with which tool ?
