Question for new Wing User

Hi,
I just got a T-mobile wing and am looking for resources for it. I had the T-mobile MDA and found numerous great ROMS, Themes, and Software for it on this forum however, it seems like the Wing doesn't have nearly as much.
Does anyone know of other forums that are dedicated only to the wing?
I'm particularly interested in a good ROM. But, I don't really like the 4 I have come across in the Herald thread.

The 2 main roms are :
Touch-IT by ITJE
and
PDAVIET v14 by PDAVIET.net
I used the PDAVIET rom forever, but the new Touch-IT v2.3 is currently the best one available by far... so I'd recommend using it.

Thanks for the responses. I appreciate it. Now if I can just find an x-button program like I had on my mda. I hate when all the programs stay open and kill all the memory.

I asked in the TouchIt forum but didn't get a response. in the forum it says to follow the instructions in the TouchIt Folder. where is this folder?

have you DOWNLOADED TouchIT yet?
if so, and if you open the archive, you'll find a text file that says "HOW TO UPGRADE" ... everything you need to know is in there.

Figured out part of what I did wrong.. Downloaded the attached file PocketCM-0.15 and couldnt find the file... duuuuhhh.. so I have downloaded the ROM. Now what is the PocketCM for ?

PocketCM is an advanced contact list application.
you should try it its very good.

Touch Cube

Guys,
I have a Kaiser and I want Touch Cube on it. So I started searching on all the forums but I'm totally lost. I already tried a cab to install but it didn't work and because I'm not such an expert as you guys, I'm scared to crash my Kaiser. Above all there are so many threats and posts, that I'm losing it.
So a very simple questing:
Were can I find the latest, as bug free as possible, easy to install cab file for installing Touch Cube on my Kaiser.

Touch flo 3d 2

has somebody tf3d 2 in Cab? I do not want rom with this I am only interested a cab file. Thanks a lot

Hey .. I can't find anything about TF3D 2 at all .. is there a rom for Xperia ?

use search, read stickys and go to appropriate section.

There's a sticky at the top that has info, look for the Rhodium/Blackstone thread. The cab is on its way, I believe the latest word is less than a week. I'd recommend giving the ROM's a chance, TF3D is slow when installed from cabs.

touchflo help please

hi i have a xda orbit with WM 6 pro,
my question is i would like to install touch flow, is it a add on for my wm, can i uninstall it if i dont like it and can someone give me a link to download it.
i have been searching the forum for 30mins and i cant find what im looking for.
and do i need to cid to install it.
also is there cube add on for the windows im running and how do i install and find it.
i dont want to flash a whole new rom.

Hi,
in my experience I've only seen ROMs with or without Touchflo but never Touchflo nor cubes in standalone packs..but I might be wrong (happens often ). A very personal opinion: those gadgets may look cool in a screenshot but make Artemis quite unusable because our device is not powerful enough. I encourage you to try a Tflo ROM anyway,it doesnt take so much time...obviously be sure to have your original ROM and make a backup of your phone to be able to restore if you're not happy.

Who has the right ROM?

I'm looking for a ROM for my Touch HD which includes the following things:
- GERMAN SWYPE! (that's maybe the most important thing)
- WM 6.5 (With the buttons at downside)
I use the "Windows default" Screen (I dunno if it's the right name for it) so I don't need any special type of "HTC Sense" (or similar).
Please help me to find the right ROM!

i think the rom you are loking for doesnt exist here on xda
maybe on a german htc site it exist
as there arent many german chefs i havent seen a german start menu at the bottom
i know andy also uploads on a german site and maybe there he has a startmenu at the bottom
or go here and download a german kitchen and try to make youre own

But I think you misunderstood. I don't want to have a german interface - there's no need for this. All I want to have is swype in German!
I also looked for a German version of Swype but all files I found were removed... at the moment I use EnergyROM and i'm really happy with it - the only thing is swype. It has only a german dictionary.
A friend of mine has a HD2 with his GoaTrip Rom he has German Swype...
Is it possible to use a HD2 ROM on a HD???

You can install Swype with a simple CAB
too many rom's with wm 6.5 to list. You can try.
for example, I use a italian rom with sense buid-in (because i think that it's most stable), but i disabled sense and i use with another today screen.

where can I get that CAB???
Swype is installed with my ROM - the Problem is it's only english - I want to have a German version...

Install SWYPE as a .cab . You will find it everywhere.
But SWYPE make an error by select names in SMS-PRG.
Better take SlideIT by Dasur.
