if you want a sim-unlock, call tmo and tell them you're going out of country.
Contact [email protected], he can solve your problem for a cheap fee

You might want to wait more than 3 minutes before /bumping your thread. Just because your online at that moment does not mean that every user XDA has is also online.

use olipro's service, £5 and i had the unlocking program within a couple of hours. Now im able to use my vodaphone sim in my t-mobile touch plus while i wait for my PAC code to arrive

Need more information, and don't bump your thread like that. It was only 3 hours between posts. What ROM did you upgrade from/to? What is your service provider? Are you HardSPL'd?
