the new icontact is very nice but too slow on my wizard.

Noticed your using a wizard. could you give us an idea of memory and cpu usage?
its just something I saw, and wanted to make something like it for windows mobile devices. Sorry that i have a life outside of pocket pc smartphones=/.

I have 20.78MB running it, and the average cpu load is at a constant 35-36%, the instant cpu load is at 43%.
Wow that UI looks really nice! I'll definitely give it a whirl on my Kaiser when it comes out and give you some feedback. Looking forward to it.

Agreed. The new beta of WAD is looking freaking phenomenal! In a nutshell, put what you want, where you want it, no scripting, xml, etc.
As a recommendation, I think you should put on a widget that displays the usual status notifications: sms, email, missed calls, voicemail, but if you could make them seperate widgets that would be even better, as some people don't use the email one, you would be able to rearrange, etc. Just a suggestion, and again, I'm looking forward to this/

Are you using a WM6.1 ROM or a WM6 ROM to run it.
Tried it on my Kaiser and just got black screen.

black screen is default...there are no preloaded themes. click and hold to set wallpaper then go to author mode to create docks, buttons, etc

I personally don't like a super-busy today screen, as I use my device in the car, and I need it to be easily accessible. I have therefore created a theme which uses Wisbar Advance + WA Desktop. I personally love it, but who wouldn't if they created it themselves?

It isn't wisbar, I only use these applications :
1. Vijay's Toggle today (so the today bars dissappears)
2. CESTART (an application that makes the Start bar go down to the bottom)
3. SBSH iLauncher (To get the icons)
That's it! Then it should look like my today screen on the picture.

You must run TodayToggle first and then you run CESTART.

hi, I would rather see it the other way: or own skins in PointUI! At least the color, the icons and shortcuts to own applications.

With the black skin coming out for PointUI soon, would there be any chance of getting a black version? this looks great.
im almost done with this skin, i almost got no time to work on it, but ill see what i can do, i promise nothin, maybe some one else could do that,

one thing change the filter part that out the question mark and add a filter icon.
Yes I agree with aih1977 plus the red dot for closing to say a red cross to tie in with pointui, and change speech bubble to a lighter/darker blue. And you need an icon for original contacts app.
UPDATE!!!
This is the newer version... the latest that ive installed... still no smart dialer... or video... but if you use celedial... that will work in place of smartdialing and its a lot faster... i mean A LOT! just google it, celedial...

This one below is the original one that I found... if you download youll have two options... to install the bottom one... just run the cab... to install the top one... just run the cab and then copy all the files from the "black vista dialer" zip to the /windows/ folder...
if someone wants to take the two and create it into a cab thatd be great... ive never taken the time to learn how to...

i have a kaiser with the sleuth 3.0 rom and im about to test it out on the new dcs rom, i dont think it should be a problem on any device though

that might be its only flaw... but then again... i usually use vibrating keys (and smart dialer slows it down) and my speed dials anyway soo that isnt that big of a loss to me...

no... but, directly after a call... it will give you the option on screen to redial... its a big button... it works like the iphone.
There are a hell of a lot of threads to post device themes or today screens on from different applications and for different devices. I don't know about anyone else but I find them a ***** to search through.
So...I thought we should have a new post in a central section of the forum for everyone to post screenshots from whichever device, and whichever application so that everyone can take inspiration.

Using UltimateLaunch to launch TomTom from the today screen.
Really nice, very coherent accross the board, and mine really is dull, Kind of disjointed, at the moment I'm about to rebuild my artemis and I've got so much crap that I tried and never got rid of thinking I'd find it impossible to live without, I'm gonna go with something really plain and simple, no clutter or unnesasary (how the f*** do you spell that anyway) crap. Will post when I'm done.

SPB Mobile Shell 2.1 with Greatbal's awesome Diamond Theme (layout C) with some minor tweaks...I also run SPB Watcher...never use the WM today screen anymore.

My diamond will be perfect if i find the way to create a tab who can support plug in (like today agenda ou RSS hub for example).
I've seen that some of you have created tabs with th agenda, or the comm manager, or the sound manager...
I'm sure that is possible to have a tab who can manage plugs-in... i can't use "second today" any more. it's a very good soft but i really need a tab who can show plugs like the standars windows interface...

It is possible to have a plug-in in a plug-in, like SPB pocket plus, SPB pocket shell and Ultimate Launch.

Yes. I used Ultimate launch on my trinity and it's an excellent plug. But I prefer the TF3D But you have really understabd what i want : this is somtehing like Ultimate launch, with plugin integration... in a TF3D's tab

WAD, SecondToday and PocketBreeze are other examples... However, those are all programs/plugins built from the ground up. Getting TF3D to run plugins is probably much tougher, since it means hacking an existing program.
Although, if it can be done, I'm sure someone on here will figure it out...
When I see what developers can do actualy, i think it should be possible. When you look softs from A_C for example, it's great.
