Can't install cab files

Hi,
Recently, i can't run cab files anymore from the Trion (install files), even files that worked in the past don't work anymore. Maybe i've messed up some setting in the system...javascript:emoticon('')
When i try to run the install cab file, i get an error message: "The file ... can't be opened. Either it is not signed with a trusted certificate or one of its components cannot be found. You might need to reinstall or restore this file".
Any suggestion, please? javascript:emoticon('')

How to find a service which starts some executable file?

Recently I installed an executable file and it didn't install properly . Everytime I restart my phone I found an error message which says "xxxxx.exe couldn't start...". I tried uninstalling the application, but nothing happens, the message still appears.
How can I disable the service or something to look for this file? It is not in the startup folder. I tried with MemAid cleaning the bad uninstalls, but still nothing. I look for this exe in the registry, and it doesn't appear...
I guess some service is trying to load this exe, how can I find it?
Thankx.

[Q] WM 6.5 Ink StartMenu Shortcut Problem

Hi All,
I'm having trouble accessing Oracle from the start menu.
I've placed the shortcut within /windows/start menu/Programs using the in built File Explorer and also Total Commander. I can then launch the shortcut from within the /windows/start menu/Programs directory, but when I try and launch from the start menu I get an error message.
"The file 'j9.exe' cannot be opened. Either it is not signed with a trusted certificate, or one of its components cannot be found. If the problem persists, try reinstalling or restoring this file"
I've reinstalled the Oracle app and even the JVM, but I'm guessing there is some kind of security going on. Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks
