Anyone knows if you can buy it somewhere yet?
i think right now the only place near you can get it is germany including a tmobile suscription
as a qtek9090 it's not out in dk yet

I buy them without credit card by bank transfer.... so i payed it on 31 aug....

please read the thread before you ask, i have already answer this before, htc 7500 is for europe market, it will be out next month. The 7501 is for USA market, and it will be out in summer.

HTC is still trying to make their ROM stable, i recently talk to a tester who report that even right now, the ROM isn't that stable compare to T-mobile Ameo and DOPOD U1000. Don't worry guys, it's better for you to wait, you don't really want a device with un-stable ROM. I will keep you guys inform when the release date is change
I hope they would menage to make a stable ROM soon because they still need to ship all that devices into stores and I think for that they need another month or so?

I found this on a T-mobile forum page. I don't know if I can post links yet so I'll just quote it:
There is no "locked" version.
They all come carrier "unlocked.
One is with contract and one is without.
This is no different than the N1.
It's not a Tmobile branded phone but Tmobile is only offereing the service
