I need to purchase a headphone adapter in a store because I need it ASAP. Is there a store I can get it from ie bestbuy, circuit city etc.? I went to the ATT store and they didn't have it.
Hey, its hard to find stores around that sale ppc phones things, heres a few ideas.

And if you have time to search for a store in your area, Jabra has a bluetooth headset, that you can talk, and listen to music on, its pretty cool looking too.
heres a link for you to see and read on it. If you have a Fry's in your area they sale it for sure.

can anyone suggest where i can get this adapter in the US? i searched on ebay and all the ones are from another country.
I picked one up at Fry's Electronics for $2.99
Cingular stores also sell them
Some RadioShack stores also have them. Just make sure you really get the "Stereo" one

click on the "Available at most stores, find it near you" link on that page to see which store near you have it.
I got mine from the TreoCentral store.
I bought like 3 different ones untill I got the one from Brando and i have got to say it is by FAR the best ... Hama kept loosing contact so my phone would go to speaker mode after some time which was very annoying since people look funny when it starts playing.. but basically my suggestion is : get brando and nothing else .. same with display protectors, Brando wins in my opinion.
Hi guys,
Heading to NY over the break. Was wondering if someone could suggest a few shops where i may be able to pickup the tytn for cheap. Also if i bring the tytn back to the Uk will i have problems getting a charger etc for it ?
Thanks in advance
TyTN's here come with a universal power supply (2 round prongs) & a US adaptor. I don't think you'll have any problems finding a UK adaptor for it.
Any shops you can recommend that sell it for cheap ?

funny thing, i have the opposite problem, i bought a tytn on ebay for 310 BP (603 USD), and i have to find a US adaptor for it..!!
I am not sure of the currnet prices in NYC but i know in Canada the price is closer to 800USD...
Safe travels,
a.
Try these places:
DataVis (Midtown on 5th & 38th)

*Instore prices are sometimes higher than thier website.
J&R (Downtown across from City Hall on Park Row, just off Broadway)

thanks guys
J&R has the Tytn. Price without contract was $799 when I checked a couple of months ago.
I would seriously avoid buying anything from DataVis (I don't think they carry the Tytn anyway) - they only return for store credit, and can be quite obnoxious.
There's also another New York-based company selling the Tytn (Mobile City Online - http://www.mobilecityonline.com), but I don't have any experience with them. They're selling the Tytn for $739.99.

Ok I just got my Tilt from this guy and currently flashing the rom. He didn't have a style so is there a shop I could go to to get one. Like maybe Fry's or would they have some over at a AT&T shop so I could stop there in the morning.
Also what's the largest mem card I could use on a Tilt without any problems. I'm not familiar with the SDHC stuff but could I get maybe a 2gb and be alright with it?
You can get the Stylus from ATT or many other sources. The TyTN II / Kaiser / Tilt all use the same one.
http://www.google.com/products?hl=en&q=Kaiser+Stylus&um=1&ie=UTF-8
http://www.google.com/products?q=TyTN+II+Stylus&hl=en&show=dd
http://www.google.com/products?q=Tilt+Stylus&hl=en&show=dd
Also if you need something temporarily if your local ATT store doesn't have any you can look at any office supply store (Staples, Office Depot, Office Max etc etc) and look for a multifunction pen (3-in-one etc etc) that has a stylus built in. It won't fit in the slot but it will hold you over until you can order one that fits the device.
As for storage cards you can use pretty much any microSD or microSDHC sold. They claim up to 32GB cards will work but there are not any sold that big yet.
I really wanted to start using the tilt with everything soon so I'm staying up late flashing and installing stuff on it.
Well I asked about the stores since I can stop in the morning but AT&T don't show any accessories like that online.
Thx for the info ont he cards, I'll definitely be stopping at Fry's for one tommorrow.
Im looking for the best online store to shop for accessories for my phone, what would you guys suggest?

You don't say where you are from but i have read from other posts that the AT&T Stores have a good selection thats if you live in the USA ,Me Personally get everything i need for the KAISER of EBAY Cheap and Quality is good if you look right!!!!!!!!
Careful with ebay - I've bought 2 (!) charging/docking cradles, and neither one actually holds my TyTn2 properly. Waste of money.
Im located in Florida, USA. And i agree with wolfea, id like to stay away from ebay. ATT stores dont have a good selection now since the iPhone came out, they seem to stock acessories catered to the iphone users.

I'm in FL also & have used this site a few times.
Rec'd items in just a couple of days (they're in FL also)
i have used cellphoneshop.net cheap and easy

Point proven - I've finally just bought one from a standard online shop (UK based, no japan knockoff crap) and it works like a gem. Snug
I can't find to understand why (here in Sweden) all the phone stores have such poor HTC Accessorie section. I go too Phonehouse wich is the biggest phone seller in Sweden and they dont even have a Handsfree for a HTC even thou they sell HTC phone such as Diamond, Touch Pro, Touch HD and so on. When I asked for a handsfree they had 1, and I wanted on with 3,5mm adapter and they recommended me to go online to HTC.com.
When i go online to webhallen.com wich is one of Stockholms largest online/store shop for electronics they have about 3 handsfree one crap one, one copy and a htc orginal music adapter handsfree!
When i then go for my next search, TV out cable i start looking on the net and (im not amazed) I find 2 online shops in all Sweden that has the cable (2!!) Ok, Sweden isnt a big country but comm'on . I can find tv out cables for LG Viewty and all other phones out there but not for HTC, INCREDIBLE!
Is this the same all around the world or is it just Sweden.
And dont get me started on screen protectors, thank god for Ebay.
It's just sweden.
Great...well, since my post was already taken (above) I'll go the serious route...
att stores here have poo poo cases, no screen protectors, no handsfree nuttin', no memory cards...and you know who I think I left something out...
Hows about Expansys?
http://www.expansys.se/
Expansys is very expensive comparatively. How about ebay?
Yes, I use ebay like I said. But I dont understand why the IRL stores dont sell HTC accesories.
