O2 xda neo German can be flashed with Qtek wwe?

Does anybody know the tools that the o2 xda neo german rom can be flashed to a qtek wwe rom?
Please post the procedure.

I would also very much be interested in this procedure!
I've read lots about the QTEK rom, but do not know details... anyone have a program listing or screen shots?
i've already prevented the extended ram from loading in my O2 Neo, but would be interested in having some of the Qtek stuff, especially an english operating system!!

Sure that if the vserion is 2.xxx, cannot be CID unlocked, does anyone knows how to unlock the new version?>

Yes, you can but Dopod CHT rom had wifi , CHS rom dont

Hello, thanks for your reply, but in fact it's not possible to switch to a Jamin rom or Qtek rom, when I try, RUU tell me the .nbf is not good for my device.
I think it's because the 2 rom are older then dopod rom.
I have found the ROM on the XDA developers FTP.
