Strange problem this, i can send new messages without any problems, it just refuses to reply to existing messages.
Any ideas as its got me stumped!!??

I haven't received any text messages since I've done some registry tweaks or maybe its related to the rom upgrade? spoke to cingular support but they were unable to fix it right then and are looking into it.
Anyone else had text issues or have any suggestions on a fix? Any help is
appreciated. I am able to send text messages and they are being received by the recipient.

Are you talking about SMS or EMS/MMS? If you are expecting to receive MMS, then you must configure that account on your Outlook. If it is plain SMS, then you should be receiving them automatically. If not, then something is indeed screwy on your system.

Weird problem. All of a sudden, whenever I try to send a new txt msg or email or reply to a txt msg or email, regardless of whether i enter in the number or email manually or from my contacts list, I get a message saying that the number or email cannot be recognized and if I'm sure I want to send the message. I click on Yes, and everything works fine, but how do I get rid of this message?
Is this something people know about? What could be causing this?

Im still having the sms stuck in outbox problems some times, even if I have applied the sms patch from HTC. But it only happens some times and when it does I have to reset and send a new sms in order to kick the sendtask back into motion.
Anyone else still having this problem?
Seems to come up again and again. Delete all the SMSs in your inbox and then clear the 'deleted' items from memory. That should sort it. (Of course, you can retain a small number that you need to keep.)
I have a problem which I only became aware of when replying to emails from my HD2. If I reply to an email then the recipient replies back to me, the email text I sent to them has lost all the new line formating and appears as one block of continous text from start to finish. This doesn't happen if I send a new email, only when I reply to an existing email. Has anyone else noticed this problem and found a way to prevent it?

i have set my Gmail and Hotmail correctly on my phone in fact i used to send emails and receive them normally, but now lately i start having this annoying issue of only receiving e-mails and not being able to send any!! and when i try to send an e-mail i just get this white page stuck and have no other way to go rather than to hit the tab back to go back to my inbox
i looked in some forums and came across checking the box of authentication which i did, yet i still face the same problem.
can anybody help in this ? thank you in advance
