Hi Guys,
I just saw this on ebay and apparently he is selling FREE software available here on ebay. I think you should all contact ebay and let them know. I know someone who purchased form him and it was the same software 'masked' as his.

users ebay id is salosakramtrade. I think that is bang out of order.!!!!
Depending on the license of the software, there's nothing illegal about what hes doing. There are, however, moral issues with it.
Morning All
I hope I'm not violating the code of conduct of this very useful forum by posting a "for sale" notice, but I'm fed up with ebay scammers/timewasters and thought a directed post here might attract bone fide buyers.
I recently tried to upgrade my phone to an MDA Vario II with T-Mobile UK and was unsuccessful due to some dweeb in a call centre 'following the rules'. So I bought a brand new one off ebay. About a week later, having complained to T-Mobile, they called me back and apologised, offering me a free upgrade...
Great - so now I have 2
I paid £320 for it on ebay but will let it go for £300 to anyone who wants it. PM me if your interested, and we can arrange a "buy it now" ebay listing with PayPal etc (to ensure all parties are protected).
It's brand new, boxed, all standard accessories included - branded for T-Mobile UK. UK buyers only thanks.
Patrick

just thought i'd post this. i recently bought a new keyboard for my unit. i'm based in melbourne (aus) and the seller is in queensland (though i'm not sure if he does international transactions) i believe he still has 4 or 5 keyboards left. the link below shows you the transaction i did. you can either contact the seller directly or ask him to have a keyboard posted for bidding.

Looking to buy a Xoom, and this website has new ones for cheap: http://www.sale-point-online.com/pr...o=p14010_motorola-xoom-wifi--32gb-tablet.html
Website seems legit, but it is in Thailand. If I bought one of these and needed warranty repair, would Motorola honor it?
ive seen that site before. Id call them and ask what version it is and also your warranty question as well.
I have a newly received 16GB Dell Venue Pro (T-Mobile) for sale. I just received it this afternoon. It is factory refurbished from Dell. They swapped out my bricked DVP for this one. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me. Thanks!
Shawn
I see this is your second post. I'm new here myself, but I have a feeling that posting a thread that you're selling a DVP is probably frowned upon.
There was a thread posted on here earlier, entitled "your unwanted DVP," with someone in India I believe looking to buy one. but I'm guessing he's looking for the AT&T/international version because of T-Mobile's incompatible 3G band.
My advice -- post it on ebay, get paid through paypal, ship it with delivery confirmation. That way you're covered if the buyer files a non-receipt complaint. Also, don't list it as an auction. Find out the high end of what a perfect condition one has sold for recently and set that as its buy-it-now price. Make sure to get the unlock code via [email protected] (Send the request with your IMEI and Service Tag.) A newish unlocked T-Mobile DVP should go for about $160.
Or you can post on craigslist, but at that point you're just hoping someone near you wants one and they don't know how to use ebay.
Good luck!
ebay listing looks good! Now that I see it I feel like you could raise the price another $10 or so, since it has all the accessories as well. The last one I sold was a 18-month-old 16GB T-Mobile DVP with significant wear, and that went for over $160, but that was also just before the non-upgradable-to-WP8 announcement. That may be affecting prices.
Thanks! To be honest, I really like the DVP and WM7.5 OS. I never had any problems with the phone whatsoever. It's just sad that alot of people soured on it after the initial batch came out. If T-Mobile didn't give me an Amaze 4G for free, I would still be using the DVP.

The DVP I sent back to Dell was T-Mobile and the one they sent me is a unlocked generic carrier version. Think I can sell it for a little more??
Out of curiosity, if "It has never been turned on or used," how do you know dell updated it to Tango build 8773? P.s. you accidentally said build 8337 in your listing.
Buy-it-now listings almost always go for more than an auction. Why would a potential customer bother bidding on an auction? It's because they're trying to get a lower price than similar listings available for with buy-it-now. Just for future reference.
