i thought weather over proxy was not possible at all but apparently somebody found work around and made two cabs to solve the problem, i tried the 2.1 cab and VOILA!! weather over proxy !!!! i have Touch-IT_v7.1_public_beta installed on my wing btw. i hope this works for everyone else.

HTC Home has instaed on my HP iPQA 1950 no problems, doesn't work too well as none of the shortcuts match though.

Whatever was in the HTC extracted apps thread, v1.6 for the HTC home plugin couldn't find the Home Customizer to test.

Found the Customizer in the thread mentioned, must have missed it before, needed to update the .NET Compact Framework.
The Home Customizer didn't work with the Home Plugin found above, said it wasn't installed, even though i have the icons on my Today screen

I installed the HTC Home Plug on my O2 Atom Life and nothing showed up also. I then installed sdkcerts.cab that can be found on here and it worked perfectly.

Is anyone else having trouble with the weather app on the diamond. I keep getting the connection error dialogue box no matter how i try to connect to get the updates.

I think I may have fixed this issue on my phone. I guess alot of phones are having this problem. I found that my manilla files for the sprint TF3D theme was missing a file. So I installed the andreas falke weather database and it installed the missing file and now it works fine.
Hello everybody,i'm quite new to the windows mobile platform,just got my Touch Diamond a few months ago and i have the original HTC Rom instaled.Yesterday i was experiencing problems with the weather app and read this topic and the on given in the second replay,and decided do give it one more then to see if it will work on it's own.Today i went in the "Settings Tab" - "Data" Tab and unchecked "Download weather automatically" then i checked it again,hit the "Back" button got a messenge from hy HTC telling me something about the weather and all was fine after that.You can try it and see if it works

i have an htc touch pro from sprint, and i have a problem after installing tf3d config 0.67.
the problem is that the language changed when i add a city in the weather tab and i cannot find USA.
i know that weather database editor is a work around but is there any other way to fix this f*up that the tf3d config program did without a hardreset?

I just upgraded from a Touch Cruise where my weather and stocks worked fine with the US T-Mobile 599 cab. Now the HD has internet but no weather and stock. I am sorry if the answer is obvious but I did spend a lot of time searching for a solution. I would really be thankful.

Try opening the internet application (opera or IE) and leaving it running. Then try the TF3D applications.
Thanks, I tried that but no luck. It just really confuses me that it worked fine with the touch cruise but not with the HD.
ok i have tried most of the cab files and what not i guess i am still a noob when it comes to this kinda stuff but here can i find a working version of htc home where the weather actual works.... i am sorry for all the inconvenience but i really like the htc home but i need the weather working any ideas
