All of the files in THIS post is only the skin/graphics, so it will NOT overwrite your "version/build" of the app.
But I will also release cabs with all the files included at a later time (.exe, .rgu etc)

Very nice! Testing the dialer on Dutty's 19209 release. I don't use video dialing so that's no problem for me

I have one problem... Becouse of having the HTC Home Customizer installed, my htc plugin icons don't change after installing the cab and soft reset....
Maybe you can post icons and clocks in a zip and not a cab... THANKS A LOT!!
And the commanager neither doesn't change... i feel i little bit stupid... I have the classic commanager of 8 buttons of the HTC touch... -Calculator: OK (the problem is that there are two calculators in Windows folder; the blue skinned one is \Windows\calculator.exe and not \Windows\MobileCalculator.exe(default one)
-HTC dial: FAIL (The HTC touch Elf dialer is different to this one, so is not skinned, I have tryed another one called Dual 2g dialer, but it doesn't open as default one, I don't know if it's another exe in Windows folder)
-Random Access:OK, (need to install random access of course)
-Commmanager:OK (need to install "cleaned up 6 buttons comm manager)

if u install the home cab, you will find the touch-it.tsk in your todaysettings

Here's the 1.8.5 CFC Compressed version. This is exactly as XBmod released it only it's CFC Compresssed. There are no other changes other than CFC Compression and the fact that I combined the 1.8.1 cab file with the 1.8.5 cab.

xboxmod one quick thing - as soon as I get to the weather bar, the manilla closes. and I have to restart it. then when I get back on the weather tab it closes again

*edit: rom is very fast and seems to run without any bugs... settings/device information says: rom version m-anime 2... for the cooker maybe change that with r2 release!

Because I like the lay-out of the official HTC website, the skin is based on all its visual looks. It was difficult to find the right sources, because some png's were placed in the /windows folder, but also a few images were packaged in a dll file. Fortunately, after hours of work, I was finally satisfied with the result.
I hope you like it!
Backup first before install! I'm not responsible if you have to hard-reset your device!
Note:
1. It only works right for (W)VGA devices with the ported Tachi/Topaz/Rhodium Notification Manager installed.
If you haven't got it, you can get it here (Thanks dharvey4651, xboxmod and other developers)
2. Also the skin does only work in Portrait mode, as I never use Landscape. Maybe I'll make it working in landscape too, but then again: only if there are enough requests for it.
3. The images show Dutch language, but every language is supported.

I've changed all resolutions to make it compatible with all menu enhancements. I hope it will work now, please post feedback!
WVGA and VGA are supported.
Install instructions:
Backup first
Unzip HTCMenus*.zip and copy HTCMenus.bmp to the /windows folder.
If you use the Tachi Enhancement, use HTCMenusTachi.zip, for Topaz HTCMenusTopaz.zip and so on.
Uninstall instructions:
Just delete HTCMenus.bmp, soft-reset and Windows will do the rest
Note: Every language is supported!

There should be no difference in speed, actually it should be faster... because the images I changed are now simpler than first. But what's exactly the problem?
I didn't know there are different versions of the Menu Enhancements.
The resolution of the BMP depends on your chosen Menu Enhancement. The skin I first uploaded was only compatible for the Topaz Menu Enhancement.
Now, I've scaled all everything so everythng fits right.
In the first post, you can now download the version you have (Topaz/Tachi/Rhodium)

That's weird... what ROM do you use? And are you sure you have the enhancement installed?

No, it won't work. In this thread you can find a cab that should install the enhancement. After that, you should be able to install the skin.

Hi ElCondor, good job and thanks for your effort rescaling it for every resolution! (+1 for landscape). I like this skin but I think it would be better if you can make it black on white (more white than black) for better integration. I'ts just a suggestion

Yeah, I have never flashed a phone and as far as I understand I wouldn't be able to at the moment.(sprint rhodium/touch pro 2) needs a hard hspl or whatever but thanks for the quick response.

I have original stock rom, but would like to use this.

I did not tested on original stock rom you can give a try and see if it works if it not works just remove it. there is no issues wen removing everthing goes back like bebore.

you need to have Manila 2.1 leo already istalled for the weather on home screen.

SOFTKEYS AND TASKBARS
Sometimes wallpaper isn't great with softkey and taskbar. So, maybe a solution, my solution...
* Use "PureBlack2.tsk" on this forum and place it in windows. Install my folder thème in main memory/my document (you don't have 2 folders Thèmes, just one). Place the second folder "softkeys and taskbar" where you want.
* Go to start/settings/today. You must see "pureBlack2", so install it. And softreset.
* Now, if you want change softkey and taskbar, open the folder "softkey and taskbar", choose one, open folder, select all inside, copy and paste in main memory/my documents/thème/pureBlack. Replace :yes. and softreset, it's ok

My Rom, the Best i have never see... All is working (100%),Ram and memory include. I'm testing it and will be offer soon... Don't know what resolution you made those in, but on a VGA Diamond with Sense 2.5.1921 this is not working... no slider at all, only a couple of little icons showing in the bar (rest is just black...) and blurry big icons (you know, icons appearing when you press the slider in the center of the screen). Where did you try this pack?
First, for answer to your post... On small icons, only the first is visible, the other are invisible, or only visble when you are on it.
Second, cab work on all rom I have testing : Athena, Clean Rom, Energy rom phoenix2, khoa Ha.

The way i installed was to disable Manilla (start-settings-today-items), then install the cab. Soft Reset. Enable Manilla. Voila!
It should work on any 6.1/6.5 Manilla 2.5 ROM.

I can't get the task bars to change, I've selected pure black.tsk in the today settings. and followed your instructions for the task bars but there was no change after the soft reset? can you help please?
Maybe an error, so... be sure to copy my 1 folder "themes" in main memory/my documents, and don't have 2 same folder with the same name; you must see that:

So, verify you have same name, beetween "pureblack2.tsk" in settings and "pureblack2" in folder... a différency with a letter,space... you'll have error.
So after, select .tsk in setting, and apply, and open your selected folder, select sofkey and taskbar ,copy and paste them in main memory/my documents/themes/pureblack2, and soft reset.

Also when I instal slider everything disappears I have the transparent slider tab maybe that's the problem but I dont know how to change it if anyone could help. thanks.
