About PDM
The PDM (Pocket Download Manager) is a very powerful tool to download Fix, Skin, Software etc from a repository.
For i.e. if someone find a bug in Vega I can fix it via .cab, I put the fix inside my repository and all the users can download it via PDM without reflash or download from any file sharing site, just open PDM, update the files list and download the new cab.
PDM is made by Ciobo, many many thanks to Ciobo for his really hard work, his PDM is simply awesome.

Know issue:
XT9 Keyboard does not works in landscape because it's in developement version yet.
* There is a bug in the HTC Home Contacts tab, if add a contact from the tab then press to call a contact doesn't works.
Workaround: Add the contacts from the TouchFLO.
Note: This bug also exist in the original shipped ROM so I don't know how fix it.
Installation:
How to install a cooked ROM.
Install Hard SPL
Put device in bootloader mode.
Run CustomRUU.exe and good luck.
Everyone NOTE:
AVG and other anitvirus's usually detect a virus in CustomRUU.exe, it's false error. Disable your antivirus while downloading and flashing the ROM.
Final Notes:
This ROM is free to use but at your own risk, I take no responsiblity for any conflict, fault, or damage caused by this flashing procedure.
Do not try to restore your backups from a previous ROM.

First issue for me too, about the second the same happens with the original ROM.
Is Opera missing?
Is anyone else having problems getting Outlook to synchronise with Exchange? I keep getting Error Synchronizing.

The ROM is absolutely fabulous but the Exchange thing is really frustrating. I keep all my data on Exchange so I can't even get my Contacts to my phone!

I don't know if u got the chance to read my post here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=393025&page=2 but apart from the customization options and the GM XT compatibility which I can test myself now, I just wanna ask u what radio would u recommend for this rom? (I know many ppl have probs with radio v1.64.08.21 on other roms and had to load murata which sometimes didn't fix the probs) Any answer will be much appreciated. Thanks!

As far as i can see... the only change is the build. So i don't find any reason why not the backup from vega R1 is not suitable! Am i missing something here?

i guess with changing build u'll always risk to have chances in registry, etc. so i would never backup using backup-tools...

Hi hi, glad that you opened your own thread. I'm currently using your modified ROM [WM3.18.931aCS (build 20931)] with HTC Cube removed. Although there're still bugs but I'm happy with it so far.
For your new ROM, will it be possible for you to list down all the program in the ROM?

yeah, I know some friends in the forum eagerly want the rom with diamond m2d skin. For that c_shekhar's thread is not updated a lot, I just open a new thread to release this recooked version.
Thanks for using my recooked version of WM3.18.931 from c_shekhar.
I used that version for a couple of days, I found compared with the 3.13 it's less of stability and performance, and seemed that 3.18 has some bugs, so I'm back to my 3.13 now.
BTW, I'll be testing for one day more, I'll release it in a couple of hours. You know I want to share with you guys with a bug-free release. Just be patient, there is only one color match I found and I am fixing it now. The rom will be uploded in 4 hours.

There are very few left who are still protecting their work and dont want to share knowledge with the community. This is another WM6.1 ROM (build 21014) AKU 1.6.0[COLOR] relesed out for testing. The released ROM uses 12MB of pagepool.
MAIN Feature:
This ROM can be dumped and recooked. Unlike many of the cooks, no RGU have been deleted. No DSM has been deleted. And most of all, the ROM has not been crippled against dumping by deleting IMGFS signatures. So feel free to dump and modify upto your taste. And share the knowledge with the community. Reasons for using 1.60 Drivers instead of 3.18:-Reasons:-
I encountered many problems with almost all the new ROMs cooked with 3.13 or 3.18 set of Drivers.
Following were the main problems:-
1. The Prog Memory goes down from 102 MB to meagre 84MB causing shortage.
2. The Manila 2D sliding is sometimes sticky with or with out 3D drivers.
.AND
3. Many of the programs dont run on them.
4. While using any of the programs sometimes the device suddenly used to stops responding for 2-3 seconds.
So I begin to ask myself, after all, what have we gained with new set of drivers???????????
And what is wrong with using a bit older drivers till we get a better and stable ones from HTC
So, here are my effort to:
1. Use 1.60 Set of drivers.
2. Remove 3D drivers (sorry bally3)
3. The XIP is all re-done. And the ROM is re-tuned.
4. Downgraded the Radio to 1.58.25.14.
Result:
1. The Prog Memory increases from 84 MB to mere 101+ MB
2. The Manila 2D sliding is butterly smooth.
AND
3. Most of the programs sould run now.
4. The device not stops responding any more.
!!!!!!!!!!!!At least I am very happy and more satisfied now.!!!!!!!! bye bye to driver set 3.18

The dialer has no viedo call! you will need to install another dialer for that. Search in the forums you will find one.

This is another WM6.1 ROM (build 21014) AKU 1.6.0[COLOR] relesed out for testing. The released ROM uses 12MB of pagepool. and using 1.60 set of drivers.
It is Based on new IOLITE released by HTC. 90% of it is iolite...
MAIN Feature:
This ROM can be dumped and recooked. Unlike many of the cooks, no RGU have been deleted. No DSM has been deleted. And most of all, the ROM has not been crippled against dumping by deleting IMGFS signatures. So feel free to dump and modify upto your taste. And share the knowledge with the community. We can improve more by sharing the knowledge than keeping it secret.

I got the same error, so I copied into a new folder RUU_Signed.nbh and all the other files from a previous ROM (EnterBootloader.exe, ErrorBatery... etc). I flahed and now I,' waiting for customisation... Thank you for your work sheckar.
I changed name from RUU_signed.nbh to RUU_Signed.nbh (notice the S in signed)
That worked

If M2D with Footprints uses that much more RAM than previous version without, I'll stick to older M2D release.

110MB Storage Memory and 58MB Free Program Memory (43%) at first flash! Still you get all required applications for Manilla 2D (and many more ...) plus enjoy playing with the newest radio rom you like.
USBtoPC connection is also working great!
Btw, found bug in bluetooth headset ... it work only once then you have to soft rest the device to get system sound back
For those who like Manilla 2D, if you rarely use bluetooth headset, this is one of a must-try rom

Footprint and Internet Explorer homepage problem
Both Footprint and the automaticly starting to a homepage within Internet explorer are not working. Footprints is not working at all, you can't activate Footprint: The File HTCFootprint cannot be opened. Either it is not signed with a trusted certificate or one of its components cannot be found message.
Please fix this issue, for the rest, it's a quite goodlooking and fast ROM
